Well located near the start of the Flaine ski slopes, opposite the shopping mall, apartment for 6 to 7 people in Flaine Forêt, “Les Gémeaux” building, 1st floor. Small residence, located next to the Auditorium, apartment on the first floor. Small shopping center with Spar and bakery just opposite.
Large living room, parquet floor, seats up to 10 people at the table, flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo system. Separate and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large oven, large fridge and freezer, 4 electric hot plates, small appliances. Large bedroom, parquet floor, with a double bed and possible place for a baby bed, and 2 cabin corners (carpet on the floor) with bunk beds. Possibility of accommodating 2 people in the living room. Two shower rooms: a bathroom and a shower room. Linens and duvet covers available at an additional cost. Two ski lockers on the ground floor. Plenty of storage. Large south-facing balcony with view of the Flaine mountain range and its ski area.

Excellent location for an amazing apartment. Everything was provided, in fact it is one of the best kitchens we've had in a French ski apartment. The beds were comfortable, kitchen table big and sturdy and a coffee table big enough for card games. The views were great across the valley. A short walk to the Grand Vans chair lift. Spar was a stones throw away and parking in P3 (10 euros a day in winter) was a short walk away and very easy to arrange. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone.

Gezellige, ruime woning

De woning is zeer ruim, heeft veel slaapruimte en ligt vlak bij het dorp en de piste. Daarnaast was het ook gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken (op WIFI na ;) voorzien. Wij zouden het zo weer huren.

Great apartment that is spacious and well equipped

The apartment is in a good location; about 200m from the first lifts to Flaine and also for going across to Samoen/Les Carroz. Mr Guisset could not have been more helpful. "Property Services" who administer the keys, bedding and linen were extremely helpful when we arrived "out of hours". (The lady who ran Property Services rang me back straight away if I called and was not able to get through. I was impressed!) The apartment is in a good location in that it is very close to shops and only 200m from the slopes and a generally quiet area. A great holiday.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement spacieux et très fonctionnel, parfaitement équipé pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis... Le contact avec les propriétaires est excellent, ils sont très réactifs aux questions. L'organisme de gestion Property est également très bien, souple et sympathique.
