Great Family Villa

Perfect family villa in a great location- just a short walk in to the centre of town but quiet and peaceful around the pool - which is a really nice size. Host was really helpful to.

Lovely house, huge pool. Completely separate upstairs apartment. 10Minute walk to the centre, and 5-10 minutes to various beaches. House was equipped with all the little things that you usually don’t get with Vila’s Ie salt pepper

October half term stay

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful villa right in the heart of Cala D’or. The villa is set on a quiet street in a beautiful setting and feels very private when you’re there. It’s very safe and in easy walking distance to the centre of town and the shops. The villa was immaculately clean and has everything you need. The beaches are gorgeous although they were busy due to it being school holiday. We ventured out to the national park beach’s (only 20 mins drive away) which were absolutely stunning and much quieter. Maria is a great host and she kept in constant communication with us throughout. Her villa felt like an extension of home and we were so very happy and comfortable there. We had a great experience and can highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this resort.

Wonderful Stay in a Lovely Villa – Highly Recommended

We had a truly wonderful week staying at this beautiful villa. It exceeded our expectations in every way and had everything a family could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. From thoughtful touches like sun umbrellas for beach outings to a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas, every detail had been carefully considered. The villa is tastefully furnished and immaculately maintained, making it feel like a real home away from home. The outdoor area was especially impressive—the pool was a hit with the children and perfectly set up to enjoy both sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. It was peaceful, private, and offered plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The location is also ideal—just a short walk to both the town centre and the beach, which meant we could easily explore the local area without needing to drive every day. Shops, restaurants, and other amenities were all conveniently close by.A special mention must go to Maria, our host, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She responded promptly to any questions we had and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made a big difference and truly enhanced our stay.We would absolutely love to return next year and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to others. It’s a perfect choice for families looking for a relaxing, well-located, and comfortable holiday home.

Having visited Mallorca several times, Cala d'Or is one of our favourite places. We enjoy the large variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and small sandy beaches. Our impression of Villa Esmerelda:PROS.Good quiet location with walking distance to most local amenities.Good communication with owner (Maria). We had a few teething issues on arrival which Maria attended promptly.Very nice rear patio and pool area.Effective air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.Good water pressure and plenty of hot water.Good strong wifi.3rd bedroom on first floor is accessed by external staircase. Almost a separate apartment with two wc's & showers, though not fully equipped for separate living (good for privacy if that feature appeals).CONS.Kitchen utensils, cups, plates, glasses etc. Adequate for 3 adults but not extensive.Traditional style villa with overall impression of being slightly 'tired' with minimum maintenance.Small TV in Lounge had no English channels.Driveway parking is under a large tree which means pine needles and bird droppings.Overall we enjoyed our 10 days with no major complaints.

I can’t speak highly enough of our time here. The place was beautifully clean and bigger than the pictures suggest I was worried before booking that the pool may be too small/shallow but it was about 10m long and 6ft deep at the deep end, plenty of space for 6 of us to have a swim. My two boys especially loved the pool, by the end of the week they were swimming without armbands for the first time. One of the double rooms is in a separate apartment upstairs complete with sitting area, sink/worktop, fridgefreezer, en suite, shower room and a rooftop patio. I didn’t realise this when I booked but it was perfect for us, my parents were able to get a bit of peace and a sleep in the morning away from the kids. The property is quiet at night but is only a 5-10 minute walk from Cala D’or and from the nearest beach, well positioned and perfect for us.Finally, the hosts were so helpful from literally the time we booked. They were on hand to answer all queries and very kindly left drinks in the fridge for our late arrival, which we appreciated. We had the pleasure of meeting Margalida the day before we left and she is so lovely, my kids adored her, my oldest even gave her one of his Pokémon cards . She asked if we had booked taxis to the airport and informed us that would be difficult to get at short notice for Saturday so she called around a few companies for us to get them, we probably would’ve missed our flight without herThanks Margalida, hopefully be back someday!

Erholsame Ferien

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Gegend.

Eine schöne Woche in Cala d‘Or

Hier bekommt man alles was man benötigt.
