Os trabalhos começavam às 10 horas e terminavam às 17 horas, confirmação dada pelos trabalhadores ali existentes. Pediu outro apartamento durante uma semana, então, eu aceitei e assumi com a maior parte dos custos, meu apartamento esteve sempre ocupado mesmo durante a referida semana, mais de 80% do tempo, Donna queria ficar com os dois apartamentos só por capricho proprio. Então, paguei para quase não ser usado, isso mostra que o barulho não era assim tão incomodativo. Você não tinha o direito de expor tal comentário injusto

It was impossible, as the apartment was still occupied with other guests. So, he wanted to vent his fury by denigrating me, hurting me with all his lies. Check-ins are from 3:00 pm and check-outs are until 11:00 am, this is very clear on the website. If the apartment was ready, there would be no problem. (You checked in at 15:00). The apartment was 100% clean and with almost new towels, I left more than I should have, I knew that some had been left to dry on the terrace and those were not part of it. As far as the rules were concerned, you didn't have to put containers on the terrace with food scattered around the terrace, just to attract cats and leave garbage everywhere. Yes, it's not hegienic on your part, maybe you do it in your house, but you shouldn't do it in other people's houses. You were very unpleasant on arrival, just because you were tired from the trip, I'm not to blame for that. Good thing I've never had a situation with unpleasant people like you in my house. All previous hosts have always been well received and never has a guest had such an attitude before their unpleasant arrival. I hope that other owners can see this answer so that, before accepting a reservation, they will think twice, as it was not by far, a good guest and very problematic.
