Lovely, relaxing stay

We are just back from a wonderful break at the villa in early May 2024. The villa is better than the listing shows as they have refurbished since the photos were taken. Very clean and comfortable with full amenities. We had beautiful weather so were able to really enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas and a dip in the lake. We really enjoyed a peaceful week, mainly hanging out at the villa.

Great villa in super location in lake Lugano.

Villa in a great location on Lake Lugano. Direct and private access to the lake via steps in your own garden. parking space above the house. Large family car with roof box does not fit in the garage, but can stand in front of it. Possibility to fish from the garden. BBQ available. House is on 2 levels with a total of 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Next to the lake, also a large garden where children can play and sunbathe safely, lake is fenced. Surroundings are also great. Visit to Milano by train very nice, Lugano and small town nearby. Hiking, swimming, sports. We will definitely like to visit again. Many thanks to Mauro, we liked to stay at your place very much!

Could not be better actually

It was a dream stay from the first to the last minute. Mauro, the owner, welcomed us an the door and showed around. Anytime we needed an advice or an assistance he reacted immideately. The villa is huge, containing of two appartments, with each situated on its on floor and having two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. They are connected by an interior stairs as well as a way through outside. There is also a loan, a big balcony on the first floor, and a terrace with a direct lake access on the ground floor. Each room has a great views to the lake. It's so greate that we were just staying in the house almost all the time enjoying the lake. The water ist very clean and warm. I would have given 10 stars!

L'emplacement et la maison sont parfait. Au bord du lac avec un acces privé à l'eau, c'est vraiment bien. Dommage que le temps n'etait pas au rendez-vous, orages et pluie presque toute la semaine. Pas de chance pour notre séjour. La maison est bien équipée, il manque un micro-onde mais ce n'est pas vraiment indispensable. Nous avons quand même pu visitez cette superbe région en profitant des quelques eclaircies.Nous y retournerons surement en esperant une meteo plus clemente.

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war top, die Unterkunft entsprach den Erwartungen. Im nahen Supermarkt morgens zu Fuß frische Brötchen geholt, jederzeit Abkühlung im See genossen, Ausstattung der Unterkunft war bis auf die Gläser hervorragend ( 2 Kühlschränke, 2 Geschirrspülmaschinen, 2 Kaffeemaschinen, genügend Pfannen, Töpfe, Schüsseln ), Zimmer und Duschen geräumig und gut eingerichtet.Die Dörfer Osteno und Claino sind zum Glück weit weg von Massentourismus, sehr idyllisch, super Bar am Hafen

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die strasse oberhalb des hauses ist gefährlich, das heisst, am besten mit dem auto irgendwo hin fahren und ab dort spazieren gehen.Ansonsten traumhafte Lage direkt am See.Küche bestens ausgestattet, bäder und küchen recht neu, die oberen zwei zimmer sind sehr schön!

Familien Tage

Wir hatten wirklich schöne Tage in toller Umgebung und Lage. Das Haus ist richtig schön, super ausgestattet, absolut sauber, mit viel "Beinfreiheit" bei mehreren Personen und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten . Der Vermieter ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, allzeit ansprechbar. Es gab keinerlei Schwierigkeiten. Für Kinder und Hunde ein Paradies weil das Gelände rundum abgeschlossen ist. Allerdings ergibt sich hier ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, indem man außerhalb des Grundstücks direkt auf der Landstraße ohne Fußweg steht, d.h. am besten fährt man immer ein Stück mit dem Auto, parkt und geht dann mit Hund und Kind los. Parkplätze gibt es maximal für zwei Autos, weitere Autos müssen ein Stück weiter weg am Dorfrand geparkt werden. Vielleicht ist es für junge Leute ein wenig zu ruhig, wir haben es sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall versuchen diese Ferien zu wiederholen.

Amazing holidays in a perfect house

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit herrlicher Aussicht und tollem See. Das Haus ist noch schöner wie in der Beschreibung, es wurde im Winter 2022/2023 komplett renoviert und ist top ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber spricht sehr gut englisch. Alles in allem perfekt.

Wunderschön

Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort. Die obere Wohnung wurde renoviert und wir waren die ersten Besucher seit dem Umbau. Mauro´s Frau hatte uns dort empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Angereist waren wir mit einem Ford S-Max und einen Seat Alhambra. Zuerst hatten wir bedenken mit dem Parken. Die Garage ist für 2 Autos zu klein. Aber das war dann auch kein Problem. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden. Das Haus ist direkt am See mit einem kleinen Steg. Die Aussicht auf den See war einfach nur herrlich. Wir hatten leider kein Schlauchboot dabei, welches beim nächsten Mal definitiv mitgenommen wird. Mauro hatten wir dann persönlich bei unserem Check-Out kennengelernt. Super sympathisch und der englischen Sprache mächtig. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin.
