Spacious villa on the edge of the forest, it is surrounded by a large garden with breathtaking views of Lake Como. Very nice house for up to ten people with a wonderful view upon the sea

Everything was okay. The house has a wonderful view over the lake. We found in the household everything we needed. We had a very nice stay.

Fantastic view overlooking lake como

We had a great family gathering in this newly renovated house. It is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the interior is tasteful. Nothing was missing and we also enjoyed that there was a delicious restaurant Baia in walking distance and a great bar with nice drinks directly by the lake in Cremia offered great aperitivo.

Toller Panoramablick, aber leider ein paar Probleme

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage mit zwei Familien in der Villa Doppia. Checkin und Kommunikation vorab verlief gut und einfach. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Als wir das Grundstück betraten fiel uns direkt auf, dass der Rasen rund um das Haus lange nicht gemäht wurde und es wirkte so, als wäre das Haus länger nicht besucht worden. Das Haus war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings war bei Ankunft die Kaffeekanne zerbrochen, einige Teller mit Essensrückständen im Schrank und der Deckel der Mülltonne defekt. Ausstattung der küche eher Mittelmäßig, z.B. keine Weingläser in angemessener Größe oder lediglich ein einziges (Holz)Schneidebrett. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse entsprechen nicht den Fotos des Inserates und sind klein und wackelig. Ein Schirmständer auf der Terrasse war lose und nur schief benutzbar. Da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren, hatten wir den Garten für sie zum Spielen geplant. Da der Rasen zu hoch war, was dies unmöglich. Wir fragten umgehend beim Vermieter an, ob er jemanden zum Mähen schicken könne. Nach 6(!) Tagen, 2 Tage vor der Abreise, wurde der Rasen dann gemäht. Im Rahmen des Aufräumens fiel uns eine Vase auf den Boden, für die wir selbstverständlich aufkommen müssen. Ein kleiner Skandal ist allerdings, dass der Vermieter im Anschluss behauptete, wir hätten neben der Vase den Deckel der defekten Mülltonne entfernt (wohin denn?!) und uns mit einer Nachzahlung von 150€ belegte. dann

Der Blick über den See ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist quasi in einen Wohnbereich und einen Schlafbereich unterteilt, was auch sehr gut ist. Zwei Türen zwischen diesen Bereichen (und der Eingangsbereich) reduzieren den Lärmpegel aus dem Wohnzimmer / der Küche bestens. Die Küche ist gut organisiert und alle Geräte sind vorhanden. Wie im Inserat erwähnt, kann man nicht direkt mit dem Auto vor das Haus fahren, sondern muss einen Weg gehen - dieser scheint aus Zeiten des alten Roms zu sein, und sehr uneben. Wir haben die vorhandene Schubkarre genutzt, um die Koffer zu transportieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa, très bien située sur les hauteurs du lac de Côme avec une vue magnifique ! La maison était très propre et parfaitement équipée, le village est accessible à pied (restaurants, bar et plage en contrebas) et les explications pour y accéder étaient très claires.

Maison agréable mais chère

Maison très propre, vaste et très bien restaurée à l’intérieur. Extérieurs moins nets. Murs décrépis par endroits et jardin à moitié entretenu. Dialogue convenable avec ne loueur en direct. Un peu compliqué pour ajuster la durée du séjour, initialement erronée du fait d’Abritel, avec demande de remboursement intégrale et remocation derrière. Personne à l’arrivée. Lieu un peu isolé en hauteur, accès la nuit très compliqué. Le parking indiqué est un lieu où l’herbe tend difficile l’identification à un parking. Le chemin ensuite, de près de 300 mètres selon moi, est sur des galets glissants et très instables, associés avec de la végétation. Très compliqué pour ma Maman, handicapée, d’y accéder. Dans le dialogue avec le loueur le lendemain, où je lui signifiais le désagrément, il n’a pas relevé qu’il n’avait pas assez prévenu. Je ne suis pas sûr que nous aurions loué si cela nous avait été indiqué dès l’annonce. Et c’est absolument nécessaire, que ce soit pour des personnes plus âgées ou des familles avec enfants en bas âge. Dommage. Réel point noir de la location. A avoir en tête en louant. Point gris : les instructions pour se repérer, trouver le BBQ par exemple, sont minimalistes. Et personne sur place, pas de 1/3 de confiance. Suggestion : demander aux personnes qui viennent pour le ménage en fin de séjour. Le reste était très bien.

herrlicher Urlaub

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Urlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen. Es ist viel Platz und ein sehr schöner Garten mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unschlagbar schön. Es ist alles genauso wie es beschrieben wurde. Wir hätten uns allerdings ein paar Haken im Bad gewünscht und eine bessere Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten wie Kaffeemaschine bzw.Espressokocher und Gläsern. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit Seeblick

Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet und liegt traumhaft in Gehentfernung vom See. Sie liegt etwas versteckt im Berg weshalb sie beim ersten Mal nicht ganz so leicht zu finden ist, aber wenn man einmal den Weg hat, ist sie sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten für 10 Leute perfekt Platz und sie ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.

Je regrette que le chemin qui conduit à la villa soit si difficile pour les personnes âgées ou handicapées et les enfants en bas âge. Et que l'intérieur de la maison ne soit pas équipé d'une climatisation

Super villa ! Procédure d'arrivée très simple, avec explications claires par message et disponibilité par téléphone si nécessaire ! L'endroit est calme avec une vue sur le lac apaisante. Des bars/restaurants sont disponibles dans le village en contrebas. Nous recommandons

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten in dem Ferienhaus eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus ist innen sehr modern und liebevoll ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Seeblick und mit angrenzenden, modernen und gepflegten Badezimmern. Vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon aus kann man ebenfalls den Seeblick genießen. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet und es gibt zusätzlich einen Waschraum mit allen nötigen Gegenständen. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr über die im Haus vorhandenen Spiele und Spielsachen gefreut sowie über den naturbelassenen Garten, der zum Erkunden eingeladen hat. Der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und sehr erholsame Zeit, was auf jeden Fall auch an dem tollen Haus lag. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
