We are a group of seven who graduated from Sunderland Uni 40 years ago. A large house with lots of bedrooms and a shared living space mirrored the house we all shared back then. The city centre location was ideal for our purposes.

Spacious house in ideal location to explore the north east
Very nice spacious property with all mod cons, parking opposite the house and only a 10min walk to the Centre of town.
East access to the motorways for exploring the area.
Only down side is the surrounding area being a bit grubby which is not the house owners fault .

The house is perfect for large families. The only concern was that the house is in front of a busy main road, you have to be very careful if you have small kids travelling with you.
There is no parking at site.But free parking is available just 50 metres away if you are lucky.But thereare ample spaces most of the time.
