Bien placé mais un peu vétuste

Ceci n’est pas un logement indépendant, mais un rez de villa avec des nuisances sonores possibles venant des locataires du dessus. Jean-Bernard est très sympathique et accommodant. Malheureusement, le logement est un peu vétuste. La propreté n’est pas impeccable. Emplacement excellent avec vue superbe sur l'étang des Pesquiers et ses flamants roses. Un séjour en été, avec l'occupation de l'espace extérieur généreux, aurait certainement été plus agréable.
