Beautiful structure in a majestic Venetian Gothic style building from the 15th century.
At the bottom of the small internal courtyard stands out one of the most beautiful Renaissance portals in Verona.
Guests will have the entire apartment with three bedrooms, three Smart TVs, free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, air conditioning in each bedroom, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, table, chairs (fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine). Storage / laundry room.
The entire apartment was renovated in April 2018, in a highly sought after, peaceful historical setting and within walking distance of all the points of interest in the city. You will stay in one of the Scaligeri Palaces in the oldest area of Verona.

Fantastic Verona Stay

Monica is a gracious host with a fantastic property. The property was wonderful for us ( two retired couples). Very clean, easy check in, great layout, modernized apartment in a historic bldg., quiet for good sleeping. Best of all the location is perfect.

Wonderful spot in heart of Verona

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Verona. The apartment was clean, centrally located, and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Monica was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Verona property for 4 ladies

I can’t say enough about how perfect our stay in Verona was for 4 women traveling together. Verona was the last leg of our European vacation and by far our favorite property. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. It had so many small touches that made it comfortable. Comfortable beds, 3 separate mini splits in both bedrooms and living area, stocked kitchen, iron and ironing board, hair dryers and magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms just to name a few. The location was walkable to everything we did around the city and did a lot in our two days and nights. Monica and her assistant made accommodations to allow us to check in early. We took a 10 minute taxi from the train station and they were there waiting outside the apartment when we arrived. They quickly showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had. They provided a few recommendations on places to dine we never would have experienced in our own. Fun fact, Stanley Tucci was casually dining at the table beside us where we had lunch on our second day. That evening we had dinner at the restaurant located almost beside the entrance to our apartment. It was one our favorite meals in Italy. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with family, two couples, or friends.

Wonderful apartment in Verona Old Town

An amazing and comfortable apartment in an exquisite, centuries old building. It was spotlessly clean, had lovely touches such as good quality linen and towels, an extensive welcome pack including fresh fruit, juices, milk and coffee, toiletries and even Covid face masks and hand sanitiser! Loads of info about the local area too. We were warmly welcomed by Monica and her daughter and they were on hand to answer our questions at any time. You know you are going to have a good stay when the owner sends you a courtesy Whatsapp over a week before arrival! The property is listed as three bedrooms, however it is worth noting that one bedroom is essentially a lounge with a sofa bed that leads to a bedroom. This was no problem for us and our two children who had a room each., although the layout may cause an issue to access a bathroom if you are a group of adults. Oh, it you do have children, I can happily report that the wifi is fibre fast! During our stay, the aircon in the master bedroom didn’t work and was temperamental in the other two rooms. Monica was very attentive to this problem but it wasn’t solved during our stay. She did provide us with a fan though and a complimentary bottle of wine which was much appreciated! The apartment is in close proximity to many bars, restaurants and tourist sites and a 15 min walk to the Arena De Verona. I can wholeheartedly recommend renting e-scooters, as a Brit I used Lime and they were superb. Verona is a stunning city, we loved our brief stay and would love to cone back to this property. Short stay in Verona

We had a terrific time in Verona and loved the apartment, which was comfortable for 4 adults. We particularly noted how well it was stocked and how Monica had generously left us coffee, milk and juice, and fresh fruit. She was available at all times to answer our questions. It was great.

Wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, in einem Palazzo mitten in der Altstadt von Verona. Neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - alles da, was man braucht und super sauber! Sehr angenehme und professionelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern - sehr unkompliziert. Für uns war das der ideale Ausgangspunkt für diverse Besichtigungstouren in der Stadt und einen traumhaft schönen Abend in der Arena ( und das alles bequem zu Fuss). Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
