Our family has owned our Breckenridge vacation home for over twenty years renting to families who like the convenience of staying at a premier resort community without paying the premium of such a hotel. Our unit offers two very nice sleeping areas that can sleep 4 comfortably.

Being our guest at our unit includes the same amenities that you would receive if you came to our our home. We provide the use of two cotton robes, a selection of coffee and teas for your morning for your daily Winter activity in this beautiful area. We recently installed black out drapes so that if you are a late sleeper, you can enjoy a darkened room. Plus we have added additional storage and shelf space for your visit. It will have extra soap, shampoo, skin cream if you should need additional during your visit.

In addition, you receive all the amenities offered by Beaver Run Resort which includes the indoor outdoor heated pool with several hot tubs plus workout facilities give you time to relax and rejuvenate. The Resort has a tennis court and putt putt golf course, free wifi, 200 channel tv system with two tv's. plus dvd/blu ray player in living room. Upgraded utensils and several outside grills allow for plenty of mealtime choices for your family. Kitchen has stove top , small refrigerator and dishwasher in unit. A selection of games are available for those rainy day afternoons. Beaver Run Resort offers full service hotel amenities with several restaurants onsite plus food store/ gift shop for extra items plus self service Washer and Dryer and ice machine on the first floor.
If you are looking for a beautiful location with comfortable beds, then 4429 Beaver Run Resort is your destination!!
Extra $42 plus taxes and resort fees for daily parking during ski season(Nov 15, 2024 - April 20, 2023. Dates and amounts subject to change). At all other times a $15 per day daily charge. Payment made directly to Beaver Run Resort at check in. Only one car guaranteed parking.

We loved the room and resort! The ski in/out was super easy! The hot tub was awesome after skiing all day and was easy to get too. The property owner was very responsive and made our trip extremely enjoyable. We will be back!

This is a great location, despite the late season trip we took. Enjoyed having the shuttle to take us and pick up from skiing and downtown. Cozy place and all the things you need for few days! Hot shower and thankful for the humidifier since it’s so dry in the mountains! Owner is very friendly and informative! Appreciate the dog friendliness!

This place is an excellent place to stay. It is true ski in and out. You step out the back door from the ski lockers and snap in. Great communication with the manager/owner definitely would highly recommend this unit. Great pool, hot tubs, and steam room.

Great and Cute Property

So close to the slopes, hot tubs, pools, in-Beaver Run restaurants and small shop. Was very nice to have the kitchenette to make meals, and the family room was great to wind down with the kids. The property manager was very helpful, informative, and quick to respond.

Great location!

We stayed at Beaver Run for the kids' spring break. Perfect location for easy ski access and walking into town. Was nice to have just enough kitchen to take care of breakfast and lunch most days to save some and time. We had two kids, a dog and two adults... so used every inch of the place. It felt a little tight but worked for us. The property has great amenities. Love the pools and hot tubs!

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary in Breckenridge and staying at this awesome condo! It was clean, had a great location close to downtown and had a beautiful view of the mountains. We will definitely be staying here again. Tim gave some great tips on things to do and places to eat!

This place was amazing. Ski slope out your room. Hot tub, swimming pools, and ski slopes what more could you ask far. Walking distance to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Everything was great. Highly recommend.

Nice & Convenient place

Enjoyed our stay here... location is outstanding and convenient with the ski in and ski out. Although it is small, it is perfect for 2 people...Beaver Run shuttle drivers were outstanding.... and very accommodating. We left the car parked for the whole week! kitchen is small, but big enough for quick breakfast and lunch. Shower is nice size and bright Communication with Tim the owner was very good as well. Week went by way too fast.

Originally from Upstate New York town of Worcester, New York, not to be confused with Worcester, Massachusetts, I moved to Dallas and purchased this condo in 1994 and have used this property as my second home. Since I know live in California, we go to Lake Tahoe just about an hour away but only go to Breckenridge after the snow season n California. I have twin girls and my wife and we hope you enjoy our home as well as you do.

Why they chose this property

I have looked to upgrade this unit for many years but still love the unit as it is. I also enjoy renting the unit and meeting new people as I do it. In the past, I had a rental company rent the unit to thousands of unnamed individuals. Now, as these new people come, they become our extended family. The unit is very comfortable and with the new coffee maker and water with the cotton robes, we try to make the unit as comfortable as you can like you were coming to my home. We will be upgrading the unit over time but like the location to the hill as one of those great gems.

What makes this property unique

Beaver Run Resort is a 5 star resort. Although built in the late 1970s, it has kept up with the time offering screaming fast internet and cable tv for those days you might be locked up in the unit. Laundry facilities are downstairs and in the winter, you receive ski lockers giving you direct ski in ski out access.
