About this property

Monumental building, modern, cozy

AnamPalas is a monumental building which dates from the 17th century and has been recently renovated to a luxury home, completely based on our guests comfort.

The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and is seperated with a glass wall (see pictures).

We have a small terrace at the front of the house which provides the perfect spot to enjoy our atmospheric street with a drink or a smoke.

The house is located in the city center of Utrecht. Everything you could ever desire, like daily groceries, entertainment, bars, gyms, cultural sights, is all available within walking distance. There is a public bus stop right at the end of the street. The central station is at an eight minute walk (750m)

Wonderful ground floor flat

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a week. The apartment is spacious, well decorated and in a great location, an easy walk from the train station. There is always activity going on just outside the front door, but it quiets down at night. The bedroom is in the back so you hear very little street noice. Gulnaz is a lovely women and a great hostess, immediately available if we had a question or needed directions. The place was very clean and kitchen well equipped. We hope to stay here again next summer.

Stylish retreat Utrecht

This beautifully designed apartment in a building and locality steeped in history was a perfect base for our visit. Gulnaz welcomed us at the apartment and is an attentive owner. Not to be missed during your stay, dining at Ana's Kitchen, Gulnaz' own superb nearby restaurant serving wonderful Turkish home cooking. The apartment enjoys large windows overlooking the street and provides an ideal spot to enjoy watching the world go by.
