in a very quiet and secure area, and a residence close to all amenities and public transport, surrounded by garden and greenery, well ventilated and sunny (3 windows: each room has its window). Composed of 2 bedrooms and a modern living room, and a bathroom with toilet, with all (fridge, Tv, Digital, Dvd, Wifi, Heating, Air conditioning, Gas water heater, Electric oven, Gas oven, Automatic washing machine, Vacuum cleaner, Well equipped kitchen) Very clean and the housekeeping service offered with a plus. Important the rent includes consumptions water and électiricité and syndicates.
