Pool guaranteed! Facing the American center on Yacoub El Mansour avenue and 100 meters from the 'Guéliz Plaza' and its luxury shops, this apartment will seduce you for its calm and its beautiful terrace.
The 2010 building is called 'les terrasses de Guéliz' and offers a private and free swimming pool on the roof with a breathtaking view of the Atlas.
Bright and comfortable apartment, independent air conditioning in each room and with a large sunny terrace.

At the foot of the building, you will find restaurants, cafes, cinema, banks, market and you will be close to tourist centers 5 minutes from Place du 16 Novembre, 10 minutes from Place Jemma El Fna and the Koutoubia, 10 minutes from the Gardens Majorelle ... A parking space is allocated to you in the basement of the building.

A security team that is both available and discreet will give you a friendly welcome. WEEK-END possible

Satellite TV and Wifi are offered. During the inventory, we will take the time to explain everything to you.

The rooftop pool is in good working order !!!

New in 2014: We have just opened a Riad 'la Kasbah de Jade' and as part of the rental of the apartment we will offer you a tea and access to the swimming pool of the latter will be offered to you.
