Enjoy views of the street and the sea with southeast orientation, benefiting from abundant sunlight in the morning.

Residencial Plazamar, comprising several buildings, hosts a seasonal summer pool located outside the buildings, across the street, and subject to the community regulations.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant vacation, and the apartment has air conditioning in both the living-dining room and the bedroom.
