„LA VILLETTA“ SCHOENES HAEUSCHEN MIT HERRLICHER SEESICHT IN DER ALTSTADT
UNSERE "LA VILLETTA" IST EIN SEHR SCHOENES NEBENGEBAEUDE EINER JUGENDSTILVILLA. Das Haeuschen ist fuer max 2 Personen geeignet und ist komplett und sehr gemuetlich ausgestattet, es hat im Erdgeschoss ein gemuetliches Wohnzimmer mit Kuechenzeile und TV SAT, im 1. Stock liegen das Schafzimmer mit Ehebett, das Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen schoenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee.
Aussen es gibt eine grosse Terrasse immer mit herrlicher und weiter Seesicht, mit Tisch, Stuehle, Sonnenschirm und Liegestuehle.
Parkplatz fuer PKW ist auch vorhanden und in der Naehe 300 Mt.
Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2017 total restauriert. Klimaanlage und W-LAN vorhanden.
IM ZENTRUM ABER RUHIG - Das Haus liegt im Zentrum Malcesine, erreichbar von einer sehr ruhigen Gasse.
Hafen, Scaligerburg, Supermarkt, Seilbahn, Restaurants, Geschaefte und Bars sind at in der Naehe, das Car ist nicht noetig, die schoene Seepromenade und Strand am See sind ca. 500 Mt. weit entfernt.
Der Busbahnhof ist 200 Mt. vom Haus entfernt sowie der Landungssteg fuer die Schiffe.
Die Tiere sind nicht akzeptiert.
