Nice apartment and in a great central location to walk to most places we wanted to see. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would rent here again.

Team Canada

We stayed 4 nights and there was only one puck for the dishwasher. We called VrBO and they replied that they only give enough soap for one use. There was not enough toilet paper, and we had to supply our own tp.The frying pan handle was broken; the broiler pan was not clean; the cork screw was broken; however, the beds were comfortable and the location was good.

Hi Penny. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Because this is self-catered accommodation, we only leave a welcome pack for guests to get them started with their stay. Hence the single dishwasher tablet and toilet roll. Thank you for feeding back the issues you experienced with the kitchen implements. I will ensure this is looked into immediately and that replacements are sourced for the property.

Very nice apartment that is a short walk to the city centre

If you want the flexibility of an apartment and are happy walking, then this location is ideal. It is clean, spacious and well furnished. The centre of York is less than a ten minute walk and there are a huge range of dining options, from takeaways to fine dining.
