The property is completely private with gardens and private pool for the sole use of our guests.

Coast/Beach

St. Georges Beach is only a couple of minutes drive away, is kid friendly and great for swimming, sunbathing and snorkelling. Sun beds and umbrellas are available and there is a cosy beach café providing refreshments. Another option is the Coral Bay Beach which is a 10 minutes drive, is a family oriented area and boasts two sandy beaches. Sun beds and umbrellas are available, water sports are on offer and there are beach cafés providing refreshments.

Golf

There are 3 excellent golf courses on Cyprus, all of them around the popular Tourist areas of Paphos: Aphrodite Hills golf course, Tsada golf course, Secret Valley golf course. All within approximately 30 minutes drive.

Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, gives you a raft of available activities and attractions. Water sports and JetSkis, Mini golf, heritage sites, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, water sports, bowling alley, modern shopping facilities, a Water Park and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park.

How to get there

Although car hire is recommended to help you make the most of your stay, there is a bus service that connects St. Georges with Paphos town and the sandy beach at Coral Bay, every 10-15 minutes. The bus station is 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. It takes 30 minutes drive (20km) from Paphos International Airport, with direct flights from all major airports. Daily flights with EasyJet and RyanAir from the UK at good prices. Larnaca Airport is approx a 2 hour drive via the highway.

St George where the villa is located is a wonderful unspoilt area being right next to the Akamas National Park. The Akamas National Park is unhabited and rich in wildlife, being home to the famous Lara Turtle hatchery where you can see baby turtles in the summer. There are many deserted beaches which you can have almost to yourself.

St George has a number of restaurants and the most delightful harbour and beach where you can see boats come and go throughout the day. It is also just the perfect place to watch the sunset!

Coral Bay is a 10 minute drive away. Here you will find bars, restaurants, a very large supermarket where you will find everything you need for your stay. It also has some of the island's best beaches.

If you want a really good day out why not hire a quad bike and explore deeper into the Akamas!

Further Details

The coast line offers several hotels, bakery, mini-markets, a bank, two coffee shops, a bookshop, florist, chemist, a couple of hairdressers, and more. There is small selection of cosy eating places, everything from meze to international cuisine.

Paphos offers a variety of thing to do and offers everything you would expect from such a renowned holiday destination. Paphos is one of the few year-round holiday destinations in Europe with blue sky and sunshine almost every day. January and February weather can be unpredictable, but we often stay these months and find it very nice compered to the UK winter gloom.

Latchi is just approx a 35 minute drive and here you can enjoy a great fish meze in one of the many restaurants along the harbour front and take out a self-drive boat from Latchi Watersports Centre with a 15% saving using our special arrangement or join a boat tour to see the famous Blue Lagoon.

Paphos is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The Tombs of the Kings is one of the attractions to see and many other historical views as well as old town.

You can visit the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip.

Enjoy SPA treatments or golf, or take a diving course. Sea Caves, views of the Troodos Mountains to die for, or why not take a car and drive around on the island and explore small villages. There is plenty to do and see in Paphos.
