Cinnamon Beach is a wonderful place to relax. We have visited several times now, and will be back again. The pools are amazing, as is the beach, and we love the quiet. Our host makes sure the condo is always clean and ready to go, and, on the rare occasion we need something, responds promptly.

The space was great. Loved it. My only comment was the air conditioning and heating was on automatic and the heater kept coming on and we couldn't figure out how to turn it completely off.

The Cinammon Girl gave us everything we hoped for on our weekend getaway to Palm Coast. Comfortable condo with a great outdoor patio. All the beach gear we needed conveniently available for our use. The clubhouse pool and hot tub was first-class, and the location is an easy drive away from a variety of restaurant choices. Jeff, the owner, is responsive and helpful. Outstanding communication and obvious planning for our visit. Wonderful experience!

Everything from beginning to end was great dealing with Jeffrey the owner .condo had everything we needed from beach gear to beautiful balcony view to all kitchen items my wife needed.grand kids loved the bunkbeds 2 really nice pools with a food and drink bar.splash pad keep the kids busy.and the beach was a small walk from the condo.book the cinnamon girl you wouldn't be disappointed!

Room was as described. Very clean and very nice with a large balcony. We would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood was very safe and secure. Kids loved the large pools and the beach was never crowded. I recommend trying Metro Diner which serves breakfast all day, and Bronx pizza was good too and both just a short drive from condo. Our first time in Cinnamon beach was a great stay. And St. Augustine is not far if you want to drive up and have a tourist day.

After spending 30 years in education as a teacher and principal, I made the decision to enter the real estate development field. I formed my company- Hammock Development, Inc. and spent the first 2 years flipping houses in the Palm Coast area. My last flip allowed me to pursue the purchase of a vacation resort short-term rental property. After much research I found the perfect condo at Cinnamon Beach in Ocean Hammock. This property was purchased by Hammock Development, Inc. for the sole purpose of renting to vacationers. It is not a private residence. It is designed and furnished with you, the sun-seeking beach lover in mind. We are committed to providing you with the best beach resort vacation!

Why they chose this property

My wife and I have been spending time on the east coast of Florida between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach for the last 35 years or more. During that time we have come to love this area. If you choose to vacation at The Cinnamon Girl we are certain you will love it as well. This is what we know as old Florida: The ancient hammocks with live oak trees hundreds of years old, massive magnolia trees and native palms creating a cooling shade that noticeably lowers the temperature and your stress level. The beaches with sand ranging in color from sugar white to cinnamon and in texture from powder fine to crushed coquina. The drive down A1A unobstructed by any man-made structures found nowhere else in Florida. Finding only locally owned restaurants because franchises are not allowed. Same thing with high-rise buildings- not allowed. That's why you'll come to love this part of Florida. It is not like any other beach vacation. Reserve your home base at The Cinnamon Girl today!

The benefit you will get at The Cinnamon Girl is personalized service directly from my wife and me. Our personal residence is less than 2 miles from the condo. If you have any issue, I am only a phone call and 5 minute drive away from a solution. The large management companies do not provide the type of personal service you will get when renting The Cinnamon Girl!
