Housing located in front of natural beach, privileged site of Águilas (Murcia) with all services nearby (supermarkets, schools, day care centers, center, beach, etc), modern and functional decoration, with all the extras and with fans in living room and bedrooms, good orientation, two elevators, summer waste collection service. Newly renovated and brand new. We are lucky to have an exceptional temperature all year round, because it can be visited from any country to enjoy the same
