It is a luxury apartment located on the beachfront. An ideal place to spend the holidays by the proximity of the sea, the diversity of cultural, tourist, gastronomic and leisure activities. The city of Fuengirola is located in the center of the Costa del Sol Occidental, very well connected with all Andalusia. Road communication with all the provincial capitals, as well as with the entire Mediterranean coast is by highway. The apartment is located on the edge of one of the best beaches of the western Costa del Sol. It sports the Blue Flag that is awarded to the best beaches for its quality and equipment. A few meters you have bars with terrace, supermarkets and all kinds of restaurants and leisure establishments without the need for a car. This is a private apartment. We help our guests to plan their trip, we personally receive them upon arrival and resolve any incident during the stay.
Parking in private square (located in another building). The building has a stair lift platform for people with mobility difficulties. This is a quiet and respectful building with the rules of coexistence. Enjoy it and also think about the rest of those around you.
The building is next to the Paseo Marítimo de Fuengirola. An area of high urban consolidation in one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Costa del Sol. It has all the services you may need (restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of commerce, medical services, police, Post, etc). and great diversity of tourist attractions such as racecourse, golf courses, ... Nearby, you can also find the marinas of Fuengirola, Cabopino, Benalmádena, Marbella and Banús. There are excellent beach bars restaurants right on the beach, where you can also, if you wish, rent sun beds and umbrellas. In summer there are establishments of water activities at sea, rent of jet skis, canoes, kayaks, windsurf boards, ... The marina of Fuengirola is about 500 meters away.
The Costa del Sol Occidental is the coastal region located west of the city of Malaga. Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, it is located near the Strait of Gibraltar where it meets the Atlantic Ocean. Ricardo met us and then escorted us to parking lot. Apartment was exactly as described and well appointed. Location was perfect. On a fun street and right across from beautiful beach.

Great location near the beach and main square. Small but efficient apartment. Ricardo was very responsive. My only disappointment was that we had to leave four days early due to the coronavirus and they would not refund us for the four nights.

Had an awesome winter get away in Fuengirola living in this apartment. The apartment was perfect for our needs, well equipped and an absoloute top location for the centre of town and all that has to offer.Fuengirola was very clean and well maintained, plenty of open restaurants, bars and shops giving good value.Contact with the property owner was very good and one slight issue we had was sorted that very day.We will return again.

Appartement donnant sur rue commerçante mais bien isolé, tout confort, ascenseur et la plage à deux pas ,que demander de mieux. Ricardo très sympathique, calme et tout conseils . Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables à Fuengirola. Merci Ricardo et peut-etre à une prochaine fois.

Right in the centre of everything! Beach is just across the road and the apartment is situated on a lovely street with lots of boutique style shops. And Convenience store just opposite. Lots of restaurants nearby. Ricardo the owner was very helpful and good communications. They literally have thought of everything you need! Right down to hair straighteners!! It was great to have all the little extras in the cupboard, such as salt, sugar, tea, coffee, cooking oil etc nothing worse than having to buy these things when you are only there for a week. Everything was spotless and exactly as described! I would actually say better! Would recommend this apartment to anyone who likes to be in the heart of it all, with the beach just across the road. Perfect! We will be back x

Excelente piso de 3 dormitorios. Reformado super nuevo precioso. Muy céntrico
El piso de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños es excelente. Totalmente reformado , todo nuevo ,diseñado de forma muy funcional y alegre; la cocina es muy chula . Aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorios nos ha venido muy bien para la semana de Julio en que estuvimos. La ubicación es perfecta, pues la playa está a 20 m cruzando la avenida Rey de España. Para nosotros, que ibamos con los padres de mi mujer ha sido todo perfecto por la situación del piso y lo cómodo que es. Al no ser un edificio nuevo el garaje , incluido en el precio, no está en el mismo edificio sino en otro a unos 5 minutos andando. Esto no ha sido ningún inconveniente para nosotros. Nuestro agente inmobiliario, Ricardo, ha sido muy amable . El primer día él y su familia nos echaron una mano con las maletas.
En resumen , me parece un apartamento ideal para 5/6 personas que les guste estar céntricos y próximos a la playa
