Villa Sandra Top Floor Escape is one of the four luxurious flats that make up Villa Sandra Casasol holiday rental complex, located in the heart of Nerja. This spacious and modern unit is perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends. The Top Floor Escape flat is the second biggest unit in the complex, featuring two bedrooms with two double beds, two large bathrooms, both en-suite, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, and a private balcony with beautiful views. The flat also has a private terrace, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. The flat is decorated with taste and elegance, with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and complimentary WiFi.



Guests at Villa Sandra will have access to a variety of on-site amenities, including a communal pool with sun loungers, barbecue area, and a lovely garden area. The pool is exclusively shared by the 4 units of the complex. You can enjoy al fresco dining or relax in the sun while the children play in the pool. The complex is located in a great location, a short distance from Burriana beach (1km) and a nearby supermarket for your convenience. There's also easy parking possibilities on the street. A shared laundry room equipped with a washing machine is available for use by all guests. The whole villa is perfect for special events or family reunions.

Top floor allowed us to get best views of sea and mountains. Nice change for us to have an apartment within a villa and a pool. We will be doing this again. The few issue's we had were dealt with very promptly by Casasol. In fact Casasol were very good with communication etc throughout our stay. We stayed for a month and expected a mid stay clean of some sort. This being said, when looking at contract, it is clear about what is provided during a stay and we were wrong. I do feel that a longer stay should warrant some kind of clean/change of linen etc Is there any way that some of the food that we had to throw away, could be used more positively instead of simply throwing it away, Just seemed a shame to throw away untouched food into a bin.

Der schönste Platz an der Sonne

Die Villa Sandra ist wirklich wunderbar! Die Wohnung Top floor escape sehr geräumig mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern und zwei riesigen Bädern. Auch die Klimaanlage macht einen wertvollen Dienst. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön . Angenehm ist, das es nur vier Wohnungen gibt und somit nie wirklicher Betrieb am Pool ist. Der Supermarkt Mercadonna ist fussläufig leicht zu erreichen. Das ist toll um die Frühstücksbrötchen zu holen! Die Villa und die anderen Bewohner waren ruhig und angenehm. Auch zum Strand kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Alles in allem ein Glücksgriff ! Wie alle meine bisherigen Wohnungen von Casasol ! Einen kleinen Sonnenschirm hatten wir in der Wohnung. Das war sehr gut! Wenn man vielleicht nochmal zwei kleine Strandstühlchen ergänzend hinzutun könnte, wäre es perfekt! Und die Sonnenschirme am Pool müssten allesamt mal erneuert werden und die Anzahl etwas erhöht werden, sodass vier Sonnenschirme am Pool zur Verfügung stünden. Auch ein oder zwei neue Wäscheständer wären nötig. Die anderen sind so verrostet, dass man die nasse Wäsche nicht drauf hängen kann. Das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, die leicht zu beheben sind, aber großen Nutzen bringen und die Anlage aufwerten!

We loved everything about this villa, there is nothing they have forgotten, the house has everything and you can find shade or sun inside or out, whatever you wish ! The pool is super clean and the staff who bring towels in the week so friendly, we would highly recommend Casa Sandra
