Brand-new rural style house. Located in Nigüelas with pool, free wifi and barbecue. Perfect for a few days of rest, holidays and short-medium stays in the privileged south of Spain.

Patio with shaded porch, pool with security fence for children, barbecue, and artificial grass with loungers. Beautiful ceilings with wood beams and rustic-andalucian decoration.

Heating and Ac in the whole house.

It has a welcoming livingroom with wood burner, TV, open plan fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, iron, larder, pots, pans, salt, refrigerator, Italian coffee machine etc.), inner courtyard and bathroom on the ground floor. Three doble bedrooms and bathroom (hairdryer) on the first floor.

We provide bed linen, bath towells, hangers, shower gel, first aid kit, etc.Pool will be open in Summer season (ask for opening and closing dates)

The garage of the house will be used by the owners, the entrance to the property is private, the rest of the house and the pool are completely private.

Great stay at Casa Lorenzo. Owned by a passionnate family, this house was perfect for our stay. Not too far from Granada and in a beautiful quiet location where the temperature was a lot more bearable. Equipped with AC and a swimming-pool, everything was perfect. Very clean. High quality amenities. Friendly welcome despite our late arrival. Very reactive when messaging. And Nigüelas is a very pretty lively village with a bakery, a pharmacy, and a few bars. In the Lecrin Valley, it's close to a nautical center and to waterfalls. Highly recommend!

Le descriptif est conforme à la réalité, avec une maison très agréable et fonctionnelle.

Excellent accueil de Célia, très disponible et de bon conseil pour un séjour très agréable dans cette maison très fonctionnelle avec la clim très appréciée dans l'ensemble des chambres. La mer, la montage et Grenade sont très facilement accessibles depuis Nigûelas. Très beau festival de musique classique sur la période dans un village charmant et typique.

Such a great stay in a beautiful house and charming village

The house is just beautiful with plenty of nice decoration, confortable and fully equipped. We enjoyed warm breakfasts by the shaded porch and walks down the coutryside which is very near to the house. They even provided a complete app with loads of information about interesting things around the village. Really appreciated if you don't really know this part of Granada. Antonio was always helpful and Lorenzo welcomed us very kindly. We will definitely come back next year.
