Beautiful villa "Vista da Rocca di Papa", 3 storeys, detached. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the resort 600 m from the centre of Rocca Di Papa, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), 25 km from the sea. Private: large garden 4'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, pond, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with salt water and shutter cover. WC in the pool area, pool house, patio, arbour (10 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 700 m, bar 300 m. Great vacation rental

Beautiful unique villa with spectacular views of Rome

Stayed here May 2023 with a group of seven friends and family. Our hosts were so lovely to deal with and very responsive to any requests we had. The villa is wonderful inside and out, with beautifully maintained gardens and the best outdoor cooking area we’ve ever had in a villa like this. There is plenty lounging space and the kitchen is very well appointed. The billiards table is a lovely bonus feature and we enjoyed making use of it during some unexpected wet weather. The pool house (which is a short walk away over a foot bridge - wasn’t overly clear about this before arrival from the pictures) is well suited to a couple, with its own kitchen and couches etc. The pool area and view really are the stars of the show - must be seen to be believed! Plenty of things to do in surrounding area, but car is recommended. That said, there are plenty restaurant choices and supermarkets with a short walk of the villa. Would particularly recommend upstairs in Dri - great food service and more of that amazing view).

Stort og innholdsrikt hus. Her er både kitch og fine detaljer. Tomta er stor og fra svømmebassenget er det en fantastisk utsikt over Roma. Her er det også en forfriskende bris. På 800 meters høyde er det ikke så varmt som i lavlandet slik at verken på dag- eller kveldstid trengte vi bruke AC. Anbefales for storfamilie eller vennegjeng.

Viihtyisä lomatalo lähellä Roomaa

Koko suku lomamatkalla Italiassa, Huhti-toukokuun vaihteessa ja mukana oli myös pieniä lapsia. Mukava loma Rocca di papassa, josta kävimme useita reissuja Roomassa ja lähiympäristössä. Mukava ja iso talo perinteiseen Italiailaiseen tyyliin idyllisessä ympäristössä ylhäällä. Pihat ja puutarha olivat kauniisti hoidettuja. Isäntäväki oli todella ystävällisiä ja palvelunhaluisia. Upeat maisemat ja mahdollisuus lenkkeillä ja pyöräillä. Voisi vaikka tulla joskus uuudestaan.
