I felt the property was run down, although bathrooms and upstairs bedroom was fine apart from rain water coming in! There was an overwhelming smell of dog and although the property was clean it felt dirty because of the smell. I also had to wash all the downstairs bedding, sheets, pillowcases, pillow protectors and quilt covers, they had been washed but the sweaty head smell was still on them! The pillows were very stained. If given a bit of attention it could be a very pleasant cottage. Sorry😞

Disappointed.We were told secure off-road parking!It was a lay-by 200 yds away on a busy road with a sign saying no overnight parking!We were told there was an exercise area for a dog.There was none!We arrived to find no washing up liquid.No washing up sponges.No hand wash!No tea pot.Very poor!Having myself hosted guests for many years I found it very unsatisfactory!!The property is on a busy road and certainly not pet friendly!

Cottage close to Looe, lovely home.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this pleasant home, it was well equipped, clean, warm and very homely. It was nice to be able to take our small dog with us, but the back garden is not fully fenced in, so you need to accompany your dog in the garden to keep it safe. It is opposite a Parkdene site , which you can join for a small fee to use their facilities and park your car. We would be happy to use this holiday home again.
