You will enjoy the easy hike to the top of Big Stamp, or Big Bald Mountain on the Appalachian Trail (AT). There are also many trails for the serious hiker. Take a short drive into Asheville for a day of shopping or 'brew-hopping', go canoeing or whitewater rafting, try Zen tubing, zipline from mountain top to mountain top at Navitat, visit the fabulous Biltmore Estate, or go gem mining nearby. relax.
