Estrela do Litoral Beach House is located 200m from the beach "A Praia da Cornelia" one of the 18 beaches of Costa da Caparica, a villaje at 14 km from the center of Lisbon.
Costa da Caparica, extends for more than 15 kilometers in the form of endless beaches of fine sand, until reaching Espichel Cape.
The house is located inside a farm in a protected area.
The costumers have acces to the full house (212m2). Surrounded by 600m2 of gardens. One of 200m2 of exclusive chill out area for clients with Spaa.
It is prepared for surfing, has outdoor showers for washing boards and suits and has storage facilities.
All rooms with lots of natural light, which overlook the gardens surrounding the house. It has 4 rooms. 2 with private bathroom and 2 with shared bathroom. Maximum capacity 11 people.
From the living room you have access to the terrace and the chill out garden.
There are no stairs, and it has an access ramp at the entrance, so it is adapted for wheelchairs.
It has free parking inside the enclosure with capacity for 6 cars.
Costa da Caparica village is located 9oomts from the house. Where there are all the services:
Supermarkets, pharmacy restaurants ... Bus station to Lisbon. Buses every 20 minutes.
The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
