sehr schmutzige Wohnung / Appartement très sale

Lage und Ausstattung gut. Wohnung sehr schmutzig vorgefunden, haben lange geputzt. Viel Schmutz, Staub, alte Haare und abgelaufene Lebensmittel in den Schränken. Klima im Wohnzimmer defekt, Whirlpool schmutzig und Technik defekt. Viel Schimmel. Abends Lärm von der Promenade. Baustelle direkt gegenüber. Strandabschnitt nicht schön. Alles, nur kein Luxus. Bon emplacement et installations. Appartement trouvé très sale, nous avons nettoyé pendant longtemps. Beaucoup de saleté, de poussière, de vieux cheveux et de nourriture périmée dans les placards. Climatisation dans le salon défectueuse, tourbillon sale et technologie défectueuse. Beaucoup de moisissure. Le bruit de la promenade le soir. Chantier de construction juste en face. Section plage pas agréable. Tout mais pas de luxe.

peut mieux faire

L'appartement n'est pas très propre, le chauffage de la salle d'eau ne fonctionnait pas, les clims pour le chauffage des chambres n'étaient pas très efficaces, la chasse d'eau coulait, le four est à moitié encastré et la cuisine est toute petite ... la vue sur la mer est fantastique au niveau de la terrasse de la seconde chambre sinon dans la pièce à vivre elle n'est visible qu'entre les immeubles ou en se penchant. Par contre il est proche de la plage et des commerces. Le quartier est très agréable. La literie est à mon avis, un peu vieillissante. Bref un séjour mitigé dommage l'appartement a un fort potentiel.

Vacances de toussaint

Nous sommes partis en famille la deuxieme semaine des vacs de toussaint Placement idéal pour profiter de la plage du centre ville et autre car tout est à proximité a pieds. La vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle Seul bémol la propreté du lieu qui laisse à désirer ( poussière filtre à cafe usagé dans cafetière...)

Good position for the apartment close to beach. Slightly unusual layout leaving kitchen and toilet fairly tight for space. Sliding glass doors for bathroom/toilet unusual. Good outlook from terrace facing South.

Très bon emplacement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéale surtout quand on a des enfants, a 2 pas de tout. La clim est un vrai plus mais nous avons trouvé l'appartement très sale à notre arrivée, ce qui a gâché notre première impression.

Le beau temps n'était pas de la partie, mais les enfants ont appréciés c'est le principal ! l'appartement est en bord de mer et la vue sur la terrasse est franchement agréable.

Super séjour, appartement nickel avec clim, la mer à 2 minutes à pied et barbecue sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, que peut-on demander de plus ? Sera refait les yeux fermés dès que possible !

Tolle Lage

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und etwa 10 Gehminuten zum Haupthafen mit vielen Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist Duplex, im 1. und 2. Stock, mit viel Platz. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Sonne den ganzen Tag und Sicht aufs Meer.Die Küche ist eher klein, sonst entspricht die Wohnung wie beschrieben. Privat-Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Wir können die Wohnung ohne weiteres empfehlen.
