Welcome to the beachfront paradise of Ponce Landing 7!

This oceanfront townhouse offers stunning views of St. Augustine Beach. It's just minutes from downtown St. Augustine and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and entertainment.

The second-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed with breathtaking ocean views, so you can enjoy the sunrise without leaving your bed. The second bedroom has two brand-new full beds, comfortably sleeping two—or four if sharing isn’t an issue! With two full bathrooms, getting ready for a night out or a day of adventure is a breeze. Both bedrooms have private balconies, with one overlooking one of the complex’s pools.

The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, a dining area that seats six comfortably, and a cozy living space with large furniture and a couch perfect for napping. This floor also has one of the full bathrooms and a garage. Recently renovated, the interior boasts new central air and modern furnishings. Fresh linens, cable, and free secure Wi-Fi are provided, with flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom.

The ground floor offers an outdoor patio with seating to enjoy your morning coffee before heading to the beach via the complex’s private access. The property features two pools, one heated, as well as a private boardwalk leading to a wide beach. A nearby access point allows for four-wheel drive vehicles.

You won’t find a better oceanfront value in St. Augustine!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

Perfectly comfortable beach condo. We loved how close we were to the beach. The condo complex is small and everyone was super friendly. We slept so soundly to the sounds of the waves.

This property faces the beach/ocean. You can view the ocean from the second floor balcony. Watched sunrise come up over the ocean. This property has all the amenities of home. There is some beach equipment, but some could be in better condition. Watching TV was cumbersome. They tried to use a universal remote to make things easier, but it was a very antiquated process. I was able to figure it out, but some may not. All and all, I would stay at this property again!

Laundry Letdown

This is a small property for 6 people. The dryer did not work properly and there was a note it only worked on low or medium heat so the owners knew it was an issue. The dryer did not work after a few minutes if there were more than 3 towels in it. I spent every night until midnight trying to get laundry done.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse had everything we needed. Right on the beach with a great view from the bedroom balcony. Only 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine. We left the day before hurricane Nicole. I hope the area recovers quickly.

We were very pleased with property and location. The direct access to beach was fantastic and multiple views available from the unit. The garage was a really unexpected feature that we appreciated. Internet access was good although the streaming access was not available but not really an issue for us. We plan on booking several times per year going forward for quick getaways.

Great location, okay townhouse

We've done several VRBO properties on St Augustine beach. This one had definite pros and cons. Overall, it was better than staying in a small hotel room for a family of 4, but our least favorite of the properties we've stayed at. I'll break down the whys: Location: 5/5. I'm not sure you could get a better location, steps to the beach, quiet townhouse, and easily walkable to the pier, mini golf, and all the restaurants. 10 minute drive to downtown, even less to the lighthouse, state park, and gator farm. Location was definitely ideal. Management: 5/5: Super responsive to any needs, quick replies via text, showed up in a flash when we needed them. Great management. The townhouse itself: 3/5? 2/5? The townhouse was definitely a bit older, no master bathroom, some of the outlets didn't work right, stuff like that. On the first morning, our son screamed "RAT!" We thought he was joking until he yelled "it's got a tail!". Well it wasn't a rat, but it *was* a beach mouse. And so we chased it around like crazy people trying to get it out the back door. We failed, and it ran into the love seat, where it appeared to have made a nest. We put the whole love seat on the back porch, and management came and dealt with it very quickly (awesome response time!). There were also ants with uncanny food radar in the kitchen, any crumb on the stove was whisked away post haste. The mattresses/couches could use a refresh, they have definitely seen better days. None of that stopped us from having fun however, and the place was a lot cheaper than the "nicer" properties we had stayed at, so depending on your priorities, it's a fine place to stay if you need the extra space. Garage: What a nice perk! Great place to store our beach stuff, or change for the beach. It was also well stocked with bikes, beach toys, kites, etc. Overall, this place was definitely a mixed bag - It wasn't perfect, but we still had a great weekend.
