About this property

Newly renovated apartment for rent in playa del ingles.
In an unbeatable location, at 1.2km from the beach. Quiet area to rest but at the same time you have everything nearby. Supermarket, hairdresser and bike and bike rental in the complex itself!,
It consists of 2 bedrooms, one double with views of the pool and one for children with double single bed. A large sofa with double chaise longe convertible into a bed for 2 adults.
For the smallest, we have a highchair.

To get a fresh stay inside the home you have an air conditioner and a portable fan.

A complete bathroom with everything you need: Towels, hair dryer, gel, shampoo

It has a nice terrace for dining, breakfast or just sunbathing.

We have a spectacular newly renovated pool with SPA jets, sun loungers, lawn area and showers and toilets.

In this apartment you will not miss anything and you can feel at home.
You will find private wifi, 3 televisions of 32 and 45 inches. The 3 smart tv, with Netflix and several channels in different languages.

Led lighting, adjustable in intensity and color with integrated music in living room and bedrooms.

Complete kitchenware

We have a washing machine and dryer. In addition to an iron with its respective table.

Surveillance for us is also important. 24h video surveillance area with cameras and security and maintenance personnel. Inside the closet of the master bedroom you can find a safe, to store your most precious belongings and feel more secure.

You also have private parking on the premises. And also private parking for bicycles.

At the time of booking or the day of arrival a deposit of € 350 is collected and returned one week after departure (minimum time established by the application), if the conditions of the apartment are the same as at the time of arrival , this being a way to ensure the integrity of the apartment for all its users.

October stay in Maspalomas

The apartment was very clean. Good size bathroom with very good shower. Kitchen was reasonably equipped- no kettle though so had to boil water in saucepan for our cups of tea. There was a ‘pod’ type coffee maker and also stove top percolator for coffee drinkers. The balcony was in the shade in the morning and in full sun by early afternoon. The balcony could have been a little larger especially if you are a larger group (we were just two). Location wise it was a good 20 minute walk to the seafront bars and restaurants. Not sure if it was due to time of year but the small bar and restaurant complex next door was largely closed and those bars that were open (only about 4 or 5) were either open for breakfast/lunch OR for evening food/drinks. All in all it was a good apartment for the cost.
