Escape to the beach and stay in this charming 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condominium that sleeps up to four guests. It is located on the 15th floor of the Phoenix VII.

· Flat screen television in living room and each bedroom

· Living area has DVD player and queen sofa sleeper

· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, granite countertops, and tile backsplash

· Dining area has a table seating four and the kitchen bar seats an additional two

· King size bed and a DVD player in the master bedroom

· Shower and tub combo and granite countertop in the master bathroom

· Gorgeous gulf front view can be enjoyed from the balcony

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The stay was awesome besides some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room prior to getting there. But otherwise, the 15th floor is awesome.

Great Location

The condo was exactly as described and the views excellent! Check in was very easy and staff very friendly. If I have to say anything, they only have 4 elevators, so wait times could be frustrating, but if that is all we have to worry about while on vacation then we are doing good! We rented chairs, very much worth the money! Overall, loved our time at Phoenix VII

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very polite when informing patrons of lightning in the area for pool closures. The A/C unit was not working properly on our 1st night, but the staff had it repaired the next day. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Fun Short Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was clean and well stocked. The view was incredible! The only issue was with the sheets on the king bed. The fitted sheet did not fit the bed and continuously rolled up exposing the mattress. Not only was it annoying, it was unsanitary.

Beautiful views

We had an amazing time, the condo was very nice and clean. The view from the top floor is fantastic. Our only complaint with the room was the king size bed was hard and uncomfortable . Phoenix 7 is a large facility, but has plenty of elevators and very convenient to load and unload. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay at the Phoenix again.

Very Nice Stay

The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The mattress is on the hard side, so just be aware. It was a lovely place and we had a wonderful time....no complaints!
