PLEASE NOTE: Starting in the fall of 2026 (Sept 14th - Feb 20th, 2027) - NOT on the weekends – there will be construction in the building and periods of loud noise during business hours (Mon – Fri), as the exterior walkways are repaired and resurfaced.

As a result, rates have been reduced. Please connect with us - we will work with you and assist with an additional weekday night stay, at no cost, not a weekend night (if booking at least two nights), if the calendar availability allows for it with your dates of travel. Certainly wish you would’ve mentioned something to us during your stay, as with four of the outdoor pools, one of them is heated year round. (And the indoor pools are rather warm year around round, as well.) Wonderful you had a five-star experience!

Pool size can be a matter of personal preference, and we are grateful the complex offers many amenities, including two indoor pools, four outdoor pools (one heated), two kiddy pools, a splash pad, and two indoor hot tubs, which are not crowded. The bathroom has a locking barn door to the living area to guarantee privacy when it is used, as well as a locking door to the bedroom. We are glad you enjoyed the amazing ocean view and found the beach and condo to be nice.

This condo is in the perfect location. The large balcony faces the ocean. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. The condo is decorated very nicely and has everything you would need including a washer and dryer. The building has great amenities that are included. An indoor pool, small convenience store, indoor hot tubs facing the ocean, outside pool and kiddie pool and splash pads, volleyball on the beach and pickle ball and basketball courts. It’s in the center of everything Orange Beach has to offer. We had a great and will definitely return to this condo next year!

The door code didn’t work for you because you tried getting in before 3:00 check-in. (The Kaba door system is set to work that way for safety and security purposes.) Since the condo was ready and prepared early, we graciously generated you an early entry door code prior to 3:00 check-in time and allowed you to go in early.  Glad you found the property nice. And yes, everything is fine and works smoothly when House Rules are not attempted to be violated.

Wonderful that you had fun and thought the condo was lovely! As for the hot tubs, certainly wish you would’ve asked us, or the front desk, since this a shared quad-complex with shared amenities among four of the adjacent condominiums (Phoenix I - IV) and you could’ve used those hot tubs (as also noted in our check-in instructions) which is the beauty of the quad-plex.
