great location for summer holidays, average accomodation
the property is a portion in a seaside villa, with other properties rented nearby. Depending on neighboring guests, it may be either very quiet or, instead, very noisy. we were unlucky as for this aspect.
the property is averagely furnished and poorly equipped. just as an example: we had 2 teaspoons while the remainder are clearly leftovers from other houses.
But the main issue with this property was moist in the walls. In fact, despite the overall building seems new or recently renovated, there were already signs of moist in the walls (pictures available) which may impact on persons with specific allergies. there was no mention in the add of this issue.
Also, we would have appreciated to find the house neat and clean. while it was average clean, there were several mosquitos and other flying insects inside, which personally I found quite annoying.
Finally, in the bedroom facing outside there is a ventilator, one of those used normally in toilets. not clear what was the purpose of this object, but the problem was that it turned on automatically around 6am, and it was pretty noisy. after asking the landlady for instructions on how to turn it off, which we didn't receive, we turned it off from the general switch board. when informing the landlady about this, the husband called me yelling that I should not do that, and this without even knowing what exactly we had done (= just pulled down the switch). that was quite annoying too.
