2 FLOOR GUEST HOUSE NEAR LOVER'S PARK

Hi dears. My house has 2 floors. ON EACH FLOOR there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dining-room, 1 kitchens with all utilities needed, 1 bathrooms. The house has also a small yard to have a sunbath and to make barbecue.
Our house is situated in the centre of the city. It takes 5 minites to walk to the downtown Kentron the Opera house, Yerevan Cascade, American University of Armenia, Saint Sarkis Cathedral, Lovers' Park.
It is very noiseless, clean air place with beautiful view of Ararat mountain.
One of the main particular qualities is that the house can be used as two separate houses.

The guests can walk to the Opera House, Cascade Monument, Republic Square, Lovers' Park and they do not need to take a taxi. The 24 hour service of our hotel near the house can be plus of the advantages . Also we organize tailor made tours in Armenia and Karabax for our tourists, provide consultation about the educational, health and business deals.
