Le logement est très bien situé, calme et très proche de la plage.Les deux terrasses sont un plus et l'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Attention, nous n'étions que deux. Pour un couple avec un enfant c'est bien avec deux enfants ça devrait aller mais pas plus. La seconde chambre est petite, il y a juste la place du lit double.L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé, nous avons passée une bonne semaine.

Très bonne expérience de location du début à la fin.Le contact avec les propriétaires a été simple et agréable, avec une communication claire et rapide.Monsieur Leveau qui remet les clés est très accueillant et ponctuel. Il a pris le temps de bien expliquer les informations importantes et de répondre aux questions.Je recommande cette location sans hésitation et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente

WLAN okay, ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr abgerockt…..sauber war die Toilette….der Rest naja……wir würden diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen…..

When we checked in the apartment after Christine’s stay, we found the bathroom’s lamp was defective and replaced it. We had however no request from Christine to repair this - we believe this could be the reason of this evaluation. We had no communication from Christine through Abritel or by phone, and no answer to our messages before and after her stay. So besides this lamp not working, it is really hard to understand for us what did not appeal to Christine. We always make sure to satisfy our visitors and keep the apartment in a very good state - for both our visitors’ comfort and for ourselves as we regularly stay in our flat for vacations or weekends. So far we have only good evaluations, with people regularly coming back for a stay each year, and we will make sur to keep our visitors happy with their stay !

Appartement bien placé et très fonctionnel

Très bon weekend dans cet appartement très propre, super bien équipé et bien situé. La communication avec les propriétaires est top, et ils se sont montrés très arrangeants pour notre départ. Gros : tout l'équipement bébé des jeux et livres sont disponibles ! Merci julien et Alena pour ce bon weekend a Cabourg

une location rarement rencontrer : d'une propreté exemplaire, un cadre avec beaucoup de gout et en plus il ne manquer aucun necessaire (cuisine, sale de bain, toilette, salle à manger et terrasse) très proche de la mer et une ville très propre, c'est à recommencer

Week-end à Cabourg

L'appartement est idéal pour séjourner à 4 personnes à Cabourg. Il est parfaitement équipé et propre, et la décoration est de très bon goût. Le propriétaire a été réactif quand je l'ai contacté la veille pour une demande de location de linge. Accueil sympathique et efficace par M.Leveau. Bouteille de cidre au frais très sympathique aussi! Bref, à refaire, avec du beau temps cette fois-ci lol
