There are two double bedrooms on this level, both equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and each with an exit to the terrace. The main level also includes a kitchen with four hot plates, a dishwasher, and a microwave, as well as a shower/WC.

The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers another living/dining area with satellite TV and digital TV. Two additional double bedrooms are located on this level, one with a wardrobe and one without, both featuring air conditioning and forced-air heating. There is also an open kitchen with four hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, satellite TV, and digital TV, along with an exit to the terrace. This level also has a shower/WC and a hip bath/WC.
