Recently built villa with private pool, air conditioning, overlooking the sea located in Calpe, with capacity for 10 people. The villa is located in the urbanization la canuta de Ifach, residential urbanization with panoramic sea views. The villa is composed of 2 independent floors with a completely flat and closed plot of 800 m2 approx. and an interior area of ​​160 m2 approx.
Ground floor: (access by 5 steps): Large living room with sat / tdt tv, 1 air conditioner and access to the pool. Open kitchen fully equipped with gas fires, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware. 1 bedroom with double bed 1.50 m and 1 air conditioner. 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm.
First floor: (connected by external stairs): Large living room with air conditioning, from which you can make your meals with views of the sea and rock of Ifach, equipped with TV tdt French channels, sat German channels, modern furniture and exit to Open terrace overlooking the sea. Kitchen with gas fires, fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. 1 large bedroom with double bed 1.50 m. 1 bedroom with double bed 1.35 m. 1 bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm.
Outside: Swimming pool with dimensions (7x4) with Roman stairs and protected for children, outdoor shower, built-in bbq and pergola for meals protecting from the sun. A short distance will allow you to access the sandy beach "Puerto Blanco" (1.8 km), restaurants and marina (1.8 km) downtown Calpe and supermarket (2.8 km).

Pasamos unas encantadoras vacaciones en Calpe en la casa de Didier todo súper bien en la casa la localización al inicio um poco lioso pero después te acostumbras por la zona todo muy cerca y muy buenas localidades de visitar , comer, playas, súper , etc ( lugar recomendado 100% son las fuentes de Argal )y en general súper bien nuestra estancia .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Didier à Calpe, l'annonce est très précise. On est au calme en étant pas loin de la mer et du centre, la piscine très agréable, je recommande.

Recomendable si vas en coche

Pasamos una semana muy agradable, es importante llevar coche ya que lo vas a necesitar si quieres salir, por lo demás, la casa muy limpia y el exterior muy completo con piscina y barbacoa.

La casa está en una urbanización a 1750 metros del pueblo es normal necesitar coche ya que no es un piso es un chalet , no se puede tener todo estar en el centro de la ciudad en un chalet al lado de un súper y al lado de la playa al lado de discotecas y tener tranquilidad sin ruidos por la noche en las vacaciones , por eso hace falta coche para estar tranquilos y poder dormir de noche sin ruidos como es el caso. aunque está puesto todo en el descriptivo , gracias por su comentario han sido buenos clientes .

Una Nochevieja con amigos

Muy adecuado para dos familias, con las 2 plantas independientes. Camas cómodas y muy silencioso. El dueño muy accesible y dispuesto a ayudar. Hemos estado muy bien.

Tres belle propriété, propre, magnifique vue

Superbe villa avec tout le confort nécessaire, très grand espace idéal pour famille grande famille piscine au top avec douche extérieur et Transats. Vue magnifique du balcon de la chambre. Villa très très bien situé à 2min du centre ville commerce et magasin, restaurant et plage à proximité, de la villa on est à 30min de BENIDORM, à 50min de ALICANTE. Didier est un super propriétaire il est à disposition pour toute demande ou services il parle très bien français ceux qui est un plus quand on parle pas du tout l'anglais et l'espagnole 😭. Didier nous a attendu jusqu'à 2h du matin en arrivant à la villa du a l'heure tardive de l'avion. Calpe est une petite ville très agréable et sympathique. SUPER VACANCES Merci à toi didier A bientôt

Très bonne vacance

Maison correspondante au descriptif, pas de mauvaise surprise. Le propriétaire est agréable et surtout très disponible. De plus il parle très bien français gros avantage pour des vacanciers ne parlant pas ou très peu l'espagnol. Je recommande fortement cette villa, nous y retournerons avec plaisir l'année prochaine.

Super accueil ! Maison propre, moderne et très agréable, où l'on se sent bien. Prestations au top !Paysage magnifique avec une vue totalement dépaysante et un temps super agréable . Seconde année dans cette superbe villa et nous comptons déjà y retourner l'année prochaine! Plage, activités, parcs d'attractions, animalier, criques, ... tout est à proximités. Tout est dit dans la description qui est conforme à la location sur place, très bien entretenue. Propriétaire à l’écoute, réponds à toutes nos questions et est disponible si besoin de conseils. Je recommande sans hésiter!!

Au top

Maison situé dans une petite ville sympa. Pour les jeunes il y a quelques trucs à faire, nous on était un groupe de 8. Mais gros avantage : Denia est à 30 min, de la bas vous pouvez prendre un bateau pour Ibiza (40€ allez-retour). On y a été en début d'après midi on a passé la nuit la bas (de la folie) et on a prit le premier bateau vers 12h pour retourner à Denia. Sinon il y a Benidorm à 20 minutes en voiture. De plus Didier est un proprio super sympa, il passe de temps en temps, il est très ouvert et très compréhensif. Semaine au top !

Muy buena villa para pasar unos días de descanso , propietario muy amable y cordial ,atento con los clientes .En cuanto a la villa terracota esta en perfectas condiciones y en un lugar tranquilo y acojedor , muy cerca del pueblo y de la playa con un puerto deportivo .
