Really helpful owner who lives on site.

Didn't realize that there was no central heating only storage heaters. Fairly basic accomodation but OK as the weather was wonderful. May be somewhat damp otherwise. Seth was open to any problems that we had. Wonderful location. I would go again!

Basic accommodation, good value.

Good value to be close to St Dogmaels and Cardigan. Basic and no frills. No wardrobes, although we were given a hanging rail when we commented on this. Downstairs is a good family space but upstairs was rather musty and dark. Cleaning standards could have been a much higher standard especially in current times. Overall compared to other properties we did get what we paid for.

The perfect coutryside getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was ideal for us and the space around the property ensured good privacy with no neighbours in sight. The property had great internet speeds ample parking and some nice local walks nearby. The host was great, friendly, informative and helpful and was always available for advice. The location was just a few mins drive from all the places we wanted to visit. The local town, Poppit Beach and Cardigan Island coastal walk to name a fewplaces where not far at all. I would definately recommend staying here 100% :-)

Spacious property in quiet location

The property was plenty large enough for our family of 4. In a quiet location close to the beautiful Poppit beach and coastal path. Seth the owner was very pleasant and available on arrival and was quick to respond to our requirements. Our only criticism was that we felt that there were some areas of the property that needed modernisation but felt that as a holiday home it was comfortable.
