The apartment was very nice with every appliance required. The location was fantastic only 15 minutes walk to town with loads of bars and restaurants and the same walk time to the coast.The indoor pool was great and hardly anyone else used it, but this was in January so could be busy in warmer months. The sauna and the gym were small but adequate.I would have given this a 5 star review if there had been a visitors book explaining everything you needed for the indoor pool, like you need the fob for the door which was in a drawer in the hallway of the apartment. Plus instructions for the heating and washing machine.

Great place to stay but check in was difficult

The property is great - exactly as listed. Lots of space to spread out, and great amenities. We really appreciated the indoor and outdoor pools! Location was good, close to the beach. Communication with the property management company was very difficult. There was an issue with our online payment and it was very hard to get in touch with anyone to see if we would be allowed in or not. It is autonomous check in so we knew that there would not be anyone in person to talk to when we arrived. This made it very stressful - we tried to resolve the issue for days and we were left standing outside the unit for a couple of hours trying to get in touch with someone. Once we were able to get in, we had a great stay.

Hello Cynthia, thank you for your comments, they help us improve, there is a guest service from 7 am to 1 am, which handles any incident of reservations that are pending deposit or check-in, these two processes are essential In order to enter the property, we feel the stress caused although my colleagues were sending messages for several days before and on the day of your arrival to remind them that it was pending, for future trips we recommend that you look at the messages and finish before your arrival. greetings

Fin leilighet. Vi bodde der i en uke, men var kun i leiligheten om kvelden og for natten (var på et idretts arrangement i nærheten). Stranden er veldig bra, ligger ca 12 min fottur unna. En liten matbutikk ligger på vei til stranden.

Luxurious Apartament

The apartment is made paying attention to all the details, qualitative materials, is very big, and has pointed on all our requests. The terrace was a plus. Regarding outside, very close parking, a beautiful and quiet pool area, just 2 minutes by car to reach the beach. I really recommend 😊

Totalmente recomendable

El apartamento está hecho prestando atención a todos los detalles, materiales cualitativos, es muy grande y ha respondido a todas nuestras solicitudes. La terraza fue un plus. Respecto al exterior, parking muy cercano, una bonita y tranquila zona de piscina, a tan solo 2 minutos en coche para llegar a la playa. Realmente lo recomiendo 😊

GENIAL ESTANCIA

Hemos estado cuatro días en el apartamento de Andrés Gomis. La recepción, muy cómoda con la recogida de llaves automática. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario. Está muy bien ubicado y cerca del paseo marítimo y playas.

pasamos unos bonitos días, las instalaciones son extraordinarias, la vivienda es muy moderna con todo lo necesario, la playa de guardamar con 15 km de playa de arena blanca, el paseo marítimo con sus bonitos restaurantes, heladerias y cafeterias. 100% recomendable
