As for the views of the house over the sea, I just want to point out that the house has two terraces, the terrace on the upper floor facing the sea is very nice, has a table and several chairs, sunbathing all day and has some wonderful views of the beach, the sea and dominates the entire bay of Torre del Mar to the port, by your comment someone could understand that from the house you can not see the sea. As you know from that upper floor, the sea is seen through all the windows, both to the right and to the front and to the left. The other terrace that has the house and is what I understand you mean is the ground floor, this terrace is at the same level of the sea as the house. The perimeter fence that is full of flowers and vegetation closes the complex and gives privacy, the fence is somewhat open if you look through it you can see the sea and the beach but in the same plane. This terrace is designed to enjoy the garden, lie in the sun and use the pool, or eat in the private garden, so you can choose one thing or another, if you had no fence you would see the sea but the urbanization would not have privacy and It would be like a showcase since there are many people who walk by the sea. For me it is a success and good luck. On the other hand, as soon as you know, we are going to change the color of the floor, the feeling of the house will be clearer, although surely there are people who like it with the decoration of the dark color, In this we think like you who will improve and therefore we are going to do it.
