On the ground floor there is the living area with kitchen, oven, TV, sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and bidet. First floor bedroom with double bed, possibility of additional single bed. Ideal location for visiting areas of tourist interest. We are 15 minutes from La Spezia central station, 20/25 minutes from Levanto, Monterosso al Mare, 50 minutes from Pisa and Genoa airports.
