Dear French-speaking friends, hello! If you have some difficulties with Italian and if English is not your cup of tea ...! Welcome to this corner of Francophonie in the heart of the Val di Vara on the road to Cinque Terre. Our house offers the opportunity to stay in a quiet and relaxing visit not only the Cinque Terre, but many other areas of interest and easy to reach major cities such as Genoa, Pisa and Florence. Bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, living room with sofa double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower can accommodate four people (possibility of adding a cot). You can lay in the sun in our large garden and cool off in the pool (June to September) as desired. Ideal for family holidays with your children while enjoying a unique environment.

In een warme periode is huis niet comfortabel

Het huis en de tuin en het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de eigenaar, en daardoor heb je geen volledige privacy. De weg geeft zeker door week overlast. Er is alleen in de slaapkamer airco en dat is in een week met temperaturen van 34 tot 37 graden niet prettig

Bonjour Corine, Je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas apprécié notre location. Mais je vous remercie pour votre feedback qui me donne l'occasion de préciser que dans notre annonce, à la rubrique "équipements", il est bien mentionné que la climatisation n'est présente que dans la chambre à coucher. Sous "profil de l'hôte" il est aussi mentionné que nous habitons cet endroit. Pour ce qui est de la piscine, nous ne l'utilisons JAMAIS en présence de nos vacanciers car leur privacy est pour nous une priorité. Il faisait certainement très chaud lors de votre séjour mais c'est aussi pour cela que notre beau pays est apprécié et j'espère que vous pourrez profiter à nouveau de prochaines vacances en Italie avec plus de fraîcheur. Ons verblijf bij Carla was super, het huis en tuin waren erg netjes, het huis heel compleet en comfortabel. We hebben in juni super weer gehad, en dus ook gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. Dus ook lekker een paar dagen kunnen relaxen in het zonnetje.Het enige waarvan wij niet op de hoogte waren, is dat Carla met haar gezin op het zelfde terrein woont. We hebben hier overigens geen moment last van gehad, de tuin is zo ingericht dat er veel privacy is, en het gezin houd rekening met de gasten.Restaurants en winkels zitten op enige afstand, dus een auto is noodzakelijk. Uitstapjes naar cinque terre, Pisa, lucca etc. zijn goed te doen.We zouden zo weer terug willen!

Die Wohnung war grosszügig und mit Stil eingerichtet, die Vermieterin freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Pool sauber und jederzeit nutzbar. Lediglich die Lage in der Kurve einer vielbefahrenen Straße hat den sonst sehr guten Eindruck etwas getrübt.

Wunderbar zum Entspannen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Liegen und der Pool laden zum Entspannen ein, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen um einzukaufen oder wenn man außerhalb essen möchte. Dafür kann man wunderbar die Ruhe und den Ausblick genießen. Cinque Terre ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Que dire. On ne peut que tarir d'éloges. Carla et Carlo sont de belles personnes. Leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité sont leurs qualités premières. On sent qu'ils aiment l'humain. Tout en étant discrets ils savent s’intéresser à leurs convives. Ils sont de bons de conseils pour faire découvrir leur belle région et des sites insolites. Sans compter leurs petites attentions. La maison est très agréable, confortable bref dès le lendemain on s'y sent comme chez soi. C'est une région où il y a de très beaux sites à visiter. On y reviendra pour sortir des sentiers battus. Les 15 jours chez vous sont vite passés et nous sommes partis avec un pincement au cœur. Grazie mille per tutto. Et également quelques pensées pour vos deux fils. Des proprietaires merveilleux et une maison agreable

La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Quant au jardin et à la piscine, ils sont agéables et bien entretenus. Bref un séjour merveilleux, d'autant plus sue Carla et Carlo sont des gens exceptionnels : bienveillants, toujours de bonne humeur, faisant preuves de délicates attentions et d'une bienveillance sans borne, ils se mettent en quatre pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Urlaub zum rundum wohlfühlen

Die Vermieter Carla und Carlo sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit ansprechbar. Sie sind diskret und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Bei dem heißen Wetter war es eine Wohltat im Pool zu baden. Einkaufen kann gut im Nachbardorf oder in la Spezia in Supermärkten oder auf dem Markt. Zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge zu den Cinque Terre, nach Porto Venere, Lerici, Sarzana, an die schönen Strände bei Carrara oder in die kleinen Bergdörfer im Hinterland der Cinque Terre. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen und sagen grazie, mercie, dankeschön!

Vacanze per sentirsi bene in tutto! “I proprietari Carla e Carlo sono molto affabili e disponibili in qualsiasi momento. Sono discreti e sono disponibili per aiutare e consigliare. L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato e ben tenuto. Nella stagione calda è stata una benedizione poter nuotare in piscina. Lo shopping può essere buono nel vicino villaggio o la Spezia nei supermercati o nel mercato. Consigliamo escursioni alle Cinque Terre, a Porto Venere, a Lerici, a Sarzana, alle bellissime spiagge di Carrara o ai piccoli paesi di montagna nell'entroterra delle Cinque Terre. De tous les nombreux lieux de vacances dans toute l´Europe où nous avons loué à travers HomeAway, c´est la maison de Carla et Carlo qui nous laissera les meilleurs souvenirs. Non seulement il ne manque rien de ce qu´on espère trouver dans ce genre de gîte, mais Carla se donne la peine pour le petit plus qui vient du fond du coeur.Nous nous y sommes sentis véritablement comme à la maison, dans un cadre et une région superbes. Malgré leur travail et leurs nombreuses occupations, ils sont tous les deux disponibles pour un conseil ou une information.Comme nous n´avons pas encore tout découvert, nous n´hésiterons pas à faire de nouveau appel à leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité.
