Lovely newly renovated apartment with modern décor. The apartment is located on the first line of Levante Beach, next to Benidorm's historic centre. Surrounded by all the services and entertainment that the city offers throughout the year.
The apartment has a south-facing orientation towards the beach and is sunny throughout the day. It has modern and welcoming facilities, perfect for enjoying a comfortable family holiday.
It has two bedrooms with single beds and a master bedroom with sea views, two bathrooms with shower, a spacious living-dining room with Nordic-style furnishings with panoramic views over Benidorm bay -equipped with comfortable sofas, panoramic television and reading space- and a modern fully equipped kitchen that connects to a gallery/storage room.
Air conditioning and heating are charged separately (€3 per hour)
The apartment has numbered parking.
Important information about arrival time: The key collection schedule is from 16:00 to 19:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability and we cannot provide you with information until the day of arrival itself.
