Located a few kilometers from Vaison-La-Romaine, on the terrace offering views of the picturesque village of Puyméras and Mt VENTOUX, this house, rented during the summer season, is our main residence the rest of the year. Land of 2000m2 with lawn and olive trees, swimming pool, private 4.50m x 9m secured by fence, and it is HEATED. Spacious living room (70m2) opening onto a large 50m2 terrace with pergola (20m2). 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are independent with shower room and wc (4 beds in 160, 1 in 140). Garage for 2 cars with electric gates. Summer kitchen with covered terrace, fixed barbecue, garden furniture, playset for children ... Our house, designed in the principle of the well being of its occupants, will welcome you, for your enjoyment, during a comfortable and charming Provencal stay. When you arrive at this property, the house, the swimming pool and the garden are for you, not overlooked.
