Sea view cottage 25 meters from sea. Boat with motor + canoe included.

Cottage with sea view from every room. Dishwasher. 60 meters to pier/swim. Rowing boat with electric motor + canoe for 2 included. Wi-Fi (250 Mbit/s, fiber, unlimited megabytes). Water toilet. Floor heating in bathroom / shower. Cottage located 25 meters from the Baltic Sea in the middle of the Stockholm archipelago. Private parking.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Glass patio door from kitchen to the porch that offers sea view. The porch has outdoor dining furniture + sun chairs. Outdoor Weber grill.

One bedroom with a new high standard double bed (two spring beds (200 x 80 cm each) in one frame). Both sea view and garden view from the bedroom.

Cotton sheets and towels, electricity, water and departure cleaning included in rent.

The boats included give you easy access to lots of uninhabited archipelago islands where you may explore, fish, bring picnics etc. Good fishing area (no license needed). Beautiful trails for forest walking nearby. Maps and sea chart provided.

The property was originally developed in 1911. The surroundings are a genuine small archipelago village. Calm area with few neighbours. Unloading close to cottage and reserved parking 50 meters from cottage.

WiFi included (250 Mbit/sek fiber-based, unlimited megabytes). Television: 40" Smart-TV (Apple-TV) via fiber Wi-Fi) as wall as a DVD/Bluray player.

2 km from the cottage there is a public ferry for trips to various nearby islands. 15 min by bus/car from cottage, you find lots of stores, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, post office, movie theatre and museums in the coastal city of Norrtalje. Bus stop to Norrtalje/Stockholm is located 350 meters from cottage.

Within 30 min drive: Furusund (Astrid Lindgrens summer home), three 18-hole golf courses, horseback riding, museums, living viking village.

Driving distance from house to: Marholmen (restaurant, spa, playground, beach) 5 min. Penningby Castle 5 min, Bergshamra 8 min, Norrtälje 15 min, Furusund 20 min, Vaxholm 50 min, Stockholm 60 min, Stockholm Arlanda Airport 55 min, Uppsala 70 min.

Max occupancy is 2 people.

PLEASE NOTE: During high season (mid-April to mid-September) the cottage is only rented out weekly with Saturday as change-over day. At other times during spring and autumn, it is possible to check in and out on any day of the week with a minimum rental period of 3 days. The cottage is not rented out in winter.

Very nice location in the green and a footstep from the Baltic Sea

Very cosy house for two persons in a very nice garden setting, just a few footsteps from the sea. Very friendly owners, who are providing you with lots of recommendations for things to do & see. Excellent starting point for island hopping.

We had an amazing stay and a great week of vacation. Thank you Ole and Patricia! Very friendly host and great area. We were extremely lucky with the weather, sweetly hot, sunny and gentle. So we could make the most of boating tour to little rocks and islands dor a good swim and then enjoying the sun-heated, smooth granite rocks just like a lazy seal. technically all was great and fine and i. good working order. very well kept stuga, very clean and cosy, good bed. great value. tusen tack! Das Ferienhäuschen ist wirklich sehr idyllisch gelegen. Die Kommunikation vorab war unkompliziert und wunderbar. Dank Schlüsselkasten war der Check-in sehr einfach und vor allem zeitlich unabhängig.Das Häuschen ist wirklich klein, aber genau das macht auch seinen Charme aus. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist ein perfekter Ort, um das Vogeltreiben zu beobachten. Mit Boot und Kanu ist man perfekt ausgestattet, um die Umgebung vom Wasser aus zu erkunden und Spaß macht es natürlich auch.Für einen Ausflug nach Stockholm bietet es sich an, einen der Park & Ride Parkplätze an der E18 zu nutzen und mit dem Bus in die Stadt zu fahren.Die Vermieter waren während unseres Aufenthalts selbst im Urlaub, aber sie waren dennoch gut erreichbar und Blumen auf dem Küchentisch hießen uns wunderbar willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir vor unserer Abreise Olof und Patricia noch kennenlernen durften. Die beiden sind genauso sympathisch wie das Ferienhaus vermuten lässt.

Schöne Auszeit direkt am Wasser

Herzliche hilfsbereite Vermieter, die zahlreiche gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben haben. Niedliches, charmantes Häuschen mit Atmosphäre. Steg vor der Haustür, ideal zum Kanufahren. Die Schären sind wunderschön. Im Haus wäre ein Sofa oder ähnliches nett, die Küchenbank ist gut zum Essen, aber auf Dauer nicht so bequem. Die Toilettenregelung war für uns unerwartet und unangenehm, benutztes Toilettenpapier durfte nicht in die Toilette, sondern in einen Mülleimer geworfen werden. Die Lage war eigentlich sehr ruhig, da die Straße vor dem Haus nur bis zum Anleger führt, allerdings kamen nachts teilweise recht viele Angler mit ihren Autos, die dann direkt unter sen Fenstern entlang fuhren.

Wunderschönes Ferienhäuschen in toller Lage

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist wunderbar - direkt an der Ostsee mit den vorgelagerten Schäreninseln. Patricia und Olof sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen. Eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche für uns!

Sommerurlaub 2023

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Patricia und Olov verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und es fehlt an nichts. Wir wurden von beiden mit offenen Armen recht herzlich begrüßt. Auch die Fahrt mit dem Boot haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig. Hier kann man sich auf jeden Fall gut erholen. Kurzurlaub in Schweden

Das Cottage von Olof und Patricia ist wunderschön gelegen. Dank des Boots und des Kanus kann man auf eigene Faust die vielen kleinen Inseln erkunden! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus war total sauber und auch die Ausstattung war super! Olof und Patricia selbst waren während unseres Urlaubs nicht vor Ort, waren aber telefonisch immer erreichbar und haben einen sehr sehr sympathischen Eindruck gemacht! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke für diese tolle Unterkunft 🇸🇪☀️🙌🏻

Idyllisch und symphatisch

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und gepflegtes Häuschen. Tolle Lage, besonders durch die Benutzung des Bootes absolut reizvoll. Super nette und sympathische Vermieter, die uns nicht nur mit Äpfeln und Tomaten, sondern auch mit guten Tipps versorgt haben. Besonderes Highlight war der tägliche Besuch der Rehe im Garten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A lovely place to be

Olof und Patricias haben uns herzlich willkommen. Wir haben sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles super im Haus, auch die Küche. Bei längeren Schlechtwetterphasen ist das Wohnzimmer vielleicht ein wenig klein. Terrasse und vor allem der Garten sind wundervoll.

Sehr gemütliches kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhäuschen in ruhiger Lage, nahe bei Stockholm. Tolle große Sonnenterrasse. Superfreundliche Gastgeber. Haben die Fahrten mit dem kleinen Boot (mit Elektromotor) und dem Kanu zu den vielen Inseln in der Nähe sehr genossen. Und als Extra gab es frische Eier von den beiden legefreudigen Hennen der Gastgeber.

Wohlfühloase mit tollen Aussichten

Wir können dieses geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhäuschen sehr empfehlen. Die Aussichten von jedem Zimmer in den üppigen Garten oder auf das Meer sind wunderbar. Die Gastgeber sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!

Klein aber fein

Sehr liebevoll restaurierte und eingerichtete kleine Hütte. Bei unserer Ankunft Blümchen in jedem Raum. Lohnende Tagesausflüge nach Aland und nach Uppsala. Insbesondere am Abend war das Sitzen auf der Terrasse bei einem Gläschen Wein wunderschön. Der Einstieg in die Ostsee am Bootsanleger war für uns eher unsportliche Mitmenschen wenig vertrauenserweckend, wir sind zum Baden an den kleinen Sandstrand gefahren. Für unsere Wirbelsäulen waren die Matratzen zu weich.

Beautiful cabin in the country

Beautiful area only about an hour's drive from Stockholm but so peaceful. Right on the sea lovely views and such a quaint, cozy cabin. So clean and the hosts supplied an amazing selection of utensils everything we needed! We visited in November but very much enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect short break in the country to relax and get away from everything. The hosts were so friendly and accomodating also very informative and helpful! Absolutely love Sweden and will definitely return in the summer!

Wunderbarer Herbst in Stockholms Schären

Der Urlaub in der kleinen Villa von Patricia und Olof war ein Erlebnis. Die Lage am Wasser mit Blick auf die Schären sind unvergesslich. Dank auch an Patricia ,die eine liebevolle und freundliche Gastgeberin war. Sie war eine uneigennützige Helferin beim Gebrauch des Bootes, mit dem wir beein-druckende Fahrten in den Schären hatten und uns wertvolle Tips für die Urlaubsgestaltung gab.

Die Erfüllung unseres schwedischen Traumurlaubes

Olof hat uns mit der Vermietung des kleineren Ferienhauses zu unserem Traumurlaub in Schweden verholfen! Nicht nur das die Beschreibung schon super klang, es war in Wirklichkeit alles noch viel schöner! Das Haus war zwar klein, das wussten wir, aber es war alles da & wie es da war - in vielen Blautönen, mal neu, mal antik, mit wunderschönen Aussichten - zu allen Seiten, praktisch, aber auch romantisch, bequem, nah am Wasser - zum Baden und zum Bootfahren, am Land mit Zugang zu Patricias tollen Garten & schnell zum Erkunden der Gegend wie auch stadtnah Richtung Stockholm, Uppsala oder nur Norrtälje! Ganz besonders toll fanden wir den Kontakt zur Familie Engfeldt, die uns damit erfahren lies, wie man in Schweden leben kann. Immer gastlich, hilfsbereit & nahbar! Auch wir haben ganz besonders das Boot als Highlight gesehen. Olof hat alles gut & verständlich erklärt, so dass wir auf eigene Faust den Schärengarten auch von der Wasserseite erkunden konnten. Alles in allem haben wir 2 wundervolle Urlaubswochen an diesem besonderen Ort, mit seinen liebenswerten Menschen, der wunderschönen Natur, seiner Geschichte & Kultur, dem leckeren Essen & den langen hellen Sommertagen!
