SEA COTTAGES-4: "The Lovely Sea Cottage"

This lovely seacottage, gently renovated but with its summercharm left is the ideal hide out.
The view from the cottage is stunning over the Baltic Sea, with guaranteed best cruise ship from the terrace

It has one bedrom with a bunkbed that sleeps two.
In the livingroom is a sleeping couch that easily folds up and sleeps two persons.
The small kitchen fills all needs during a summer vacation, fridge, stove and a microwave.
The Bathroom has toilet, shower and a washing machine.
The house is located on a quite steep stup and stairs go down, where its possible to do romantic walks along the Sea.
Kayaks can be rented for a discounted price (from our own private pier)

Wunderbarer und faszinierender Ausblick!

Morgensonne, Ausblick und Felsenterrasse sind einmalig. Verschiedene Sitzplätze im Außenbereich vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorzufinden. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Duschgelegenheit unpraktisch.

Beim ersten Frühstück überraschen einen die Kreuzfahrtsschiffe; am Morgen und am Abend etwas Schiff-Verkehr, sonst ruhig und für die Häuschendichte idylisch; hängt sich von den jeweiligen Nachbarn ab.

Tolle Lage , sanierungsbedürftiges Objekt

Lage allein macht nicht glücklich ! Das Objekt ist mehr als erträglich in die Jahre gekommen ! Vielfältige Mitmieter sieht maan laufen , die Abwehrmittel(Ameisen)halten der Invassion nicht stand.Die Dusche könnte aus Sibirien stammen . Mrkus war aber ein lieeber charmanter Kerl !

Es tut uns natürlich leid das dieses Objekt nicht den Erwartungen der Mieter entsprach. Liest man allerdings die Beschreibung und guckt sich die Bilder an versteht man das dieses Haus einem einfachen, traditionellen, aber sauberen Hüttenstandard entspricht. Das Gäste, die mit einer, der Beschreibung entsprechenden Unterkunft rechnen zufrieden sind, kann man gut an den anderen Bewertungen erkennen.

Kleines rotes Seecottages

Ist leider nicht mehr so schön anzusehen wie auf dem Bildern. Das Dach war kaputt so das es in den letzten zwei Nächten reingeregnet hat. Als wir angekommen waren hatten wir auch das Gefühl das es innen drin nicht so sauber war. Es war nicht schlimm aber wenn man länger in der Hütte war hat es schon gestört. Auch draussen um die Hütte herum lag so was wie Gerümpel was nicht so schön anzusehen war. Es ist schön eingerichtet und auch gemütlich aber so richtig wohl gefühlt haben wir uns nicht. Die Aussicht war wirklich sagenhaft und die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön und auch Markus und Esther sind wirklich sehr nett und haben auch schnell reagiert wenn es ein Problem gab. Aber nochmal in diesen Haus würde ich nicht mehr meinen Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Danke für die Bewertung. Das Dach ist repariert und liegengebliebenes entfernt. Es tut uns leid für den, für hier untypischen Platzregen! Wir heben jetzt eine neue Putzfrau unter Vertrag, d.h. jetzt müsste alles wieder in Ordnung sein.

kleines abgelegenes Paradis

Ein wunderbares Kleinod, nicht allzu weit entfernt von Stockholm. Wunderbar geeignet um sowohl ein paar Tage, als auch eine längere Zeit einfach mal abzuschalten. Sowohl für die Naturliebhaber ist hier gesorgt, als auch für den Städtebesuch in Stockholm. Die Hütte selber ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist wirklich phänomenal und in echt nochmal deutlich besser als auf den Fotos. Markus war super freundlich und gibt gerne tolle Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung.

Können nur wärmstens empfehlen

Das Häuschen haben wir (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind) Ende August 10 Tage lang bewohnt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, Betten sind bequem, Brunnenwasser aus dem Wasserhahn, Wahnsinnsaussicht auf den Fjord... Supermärkte sind in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, auch Stockholm und Uppsala sind nicth weit entfernt. Markus und Esther sind deutsch-sprachig, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für diejenigen, die gerne wandern, ist die Gegend ein wahres Paradies, mit mehreren Naturreservaten gleich um die Ecke. 5 Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung!

Klein, aber fein

Super Lage und eine spitzen Aussicht. Ein kleines Schmuckstück. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich für einen Zeit nehmen. Und dabei springen dann wirklich hervorragende Tipps heraus (z.B. Ausflug auf die Insel Rödlöga - unbedingt machen). 100 % Empfehlung.

Beautiful Sweden

Beautiful traditional Swedish summer home. can't say enough about the view. Outstanding.. Esther and Markus are great hosts, gave us lots of info as to areas to visit, and places we shouldn't miss. House had everything that we needed, very comfortable. Would definitely consider a return visit, Sweden is a wonderful country. Thank You Again!!

Der Ausblick, den man dank der überdachten Veranda auch an regnerischen Tagen genießen kann, ist fantastisch und durch die mächtigen, vorbeifahrenden Fähren wirklich spannend. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und für zwei Personen perfekt, mit einem sehr bequemen Schlafsofa.

viel schöner als erwartet

das kleine Seecottage ist ein Juwel in der Gegend um Akersberga. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend - viel schöner als es in der Beschreibung zu erwarten war. Die Größe ist ausreichend für 2-3 Personen. Für ein Paar mit 2 Kindern ist es aber auch geeignet. Für 4 Erwachsene finde ich es etwas zu beengt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. In ca 30 min ist man in Stockholm. Esther und Markus sind sehr hilfsbereite und nette Vermieter. Markus hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und uns Tips und Ausflugsziele genannt/erklärt. Der Jakuzzi hat superdienste geleistet nach langen Touren. Ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dort wieder mal Urlaub zu verbringen - es ist alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Cozy house on top of a hill with a great view on the sea and a even greater host

Markus gave us a lot of great tips based on our interesteds on what to do in the region upon our arrival. After settling in the house you can just relax and have a bright view on the sea and the huge cruise ships on it. You are getting addicted to this view, so please make sure to bring enough time to fully enjoy this lovely cottage! It doesnt matter if you just want to sit around or explore the surrounding, the location of the house gives you all possibilities (nature reservoir, Stockholm, Vaxhölm, small lakes, hiking, driving around etc.) Highly recommendend... this place is a pearl!
