About this property

Charming house *** refined decoration, quiet and close to the sea

Nestled in an authentic Breton farm surrounded by greenery, the Penty Misaine is less than 500m from the beautiful beach of Kerler. No sound just the waves over the nearby dunes. You are in this haven of peace called Penty de Kerneing in Mousterlin en Fouesnant.
You just have 10 minutes walk to reach the supervised beach in summer. We are in a Natura 2000 area with a multitude of birds and beautiful spaces for jogging.
The penty is very nice. It also has a south facing flat stone terrace and a private garden with trees. Children have a play area with a large Trampoline (3m wide), a swing, trapeze and rope swing and a slide for the little ones. There is no passage of cars around the penty, children can go to their games. We have the Famille Plus label and we are very proud of it. We accept holiday vouchers.

Heart of several authentic lodgings, the Penty luridly hide in the hollow of the great oaks and Australian eucalyptus trees in absolute silence. The penty, tastefully decorated are very light and bright behind their big granite walls. Spacious and very well equipped, they offer a real space to relax. The tree-lined terraces offer a space protected from winds and looks for moments of rest. Only 500m (10mn walk) from the large beach of Kerler and the White Sea which give summer and yesterday changing lights and always different.
Only the fields separate the Penty from the Sea!

Access to the Kerning Penty is made by two private roads of 1 km. There is no car passage and calm is assured. Only the sound of the waves passing over the dune can be heard! The nights you can sleep the open window and watch the fabulous starry skies;)

Een heerlijke vakantie!

Het verblijf was heel fijn, fijn huis en veel ruimte er omheen voor de kinderen om te spelen én voor de hond! Het huis was schoon, gezellig en uitermate smaakvol ingericht. Het contact met de eigenaar was gemakkelijk en voorkomend. Zeker een plek om terug te komen!

Séjour à Fouesnant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le penty est charmant, l'accueil chaleureux, très bien équipé et la literie excellente. Il est proche de la plage, et le point de départ pour des balades à pieds ou à vélo. Nos chiens ont pu gambader au calme et nous avons découvert Concarneau, Pont Aven et la côte jusqu'à la pointe du Raz. Les marchés sont incontournables, les halles de Concarneau et le menu du jour du restaurant l'Amiral exquis.

calme et belles promenades

Si vous chercher un endroit calme, c'est le bon choix . Le logement est un peu sombre lorsqu'il pleut mais c'est surtout un très bon refuge bien frais lorsqu'il fait chaud . Des petits chemins boisés et des randonnées vous mènerons à des plages magnifiques. C'est aussi un excellent départ vers des lieux qui méritent d'être vus et à courte distance (Concarneau, Ile Tudy, Benodet et sa rivière, Guilvinec ....les parcs à huîtres...etc ) La propriétaire est une personne très agréable et ses conseils de visite sont judicieux, Toujours disponible si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Merci à elle . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié .

Séjour enthousiasmant! La location a beaucoup de cachet et nichée dans un endroit calme et bucolique. En outre la météo nous a comblé avec de belles journées estivales qui nous a permis la (re)découverte des environs exceptionnels . Une adresse à recommander.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette magnifique région! La location est agréable et très calme. Il s agit d un grand penty séparé en 3 (1 propriétaire et 2 pour locataires). La mer est accessible à pied à 900m par route. La maison est bien équipée (bonnes literies) et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Certains éléments d’équipements sont un peu vétustes.

Ruhige schönes Steinhaus mit guter Lage

Hier kann sehr gut entspannen. 10 min zu fuss zum Strand. Umgebung mit Big Meil, Quimper und Concarneau auch sehr gut. Marie ist eine sehr entspannte Gastgeberin. Beim Check in war etwas verzögert da sie wohl bei fest eingebunden war und eine Verwechselung mit weiteren Mietern gab. Ansonsten haben wir uns hier gut zu recht gefunden und es war alles recht ruhig mit anderen Mietern neben uns und auch den Vermietern. Auf der Terrasse kann man Abends gut ein Glas Wein trinken und Abendessen. Wir haben uns gut erholt und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Gemütliche, geräumige und ruhige Unterkunft im Grünen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Der Wohn-Ess-Bereich ist sehr großzügig und geräumig - man fühlt sich auf keinen Fall eingeengt. Wir haben die meisten Tage draußen auf der eigenen Terrasse im eigenen kleinen Garten gefrühstückt - herrlich! Die Wohnung liegt recht abgelegen, was wir als Vorteil empfunden haben - man sollte aber vermutlich zum einkaufen oder für Ausflüge ein Auto dabei haben. Bis zum Meer ist es hingegen nur ein kurzer Spaziergang (ca. 1 km). Volle Empfehlung für einen Urlaub in der Bretagne!!! :-)

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir (2 Personen) haben die Ruhe und die sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Bretagne genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevolle eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat tadellos funktioniert. 15 minütiger Fußweg zum Strand. Vielen Dank an Marie und Olivier!

Un havre de paix à proximité de la mer

Tendez bien l'oreille, et le seul bruit que vous entendrez sera celui des vagues . Après un accueil des plus sympathiques de la propriétaire , vous prendrez place dans ce petit bijou excellemment bien équipé , confortable , paisible . Vous serez à la fois près de tout ( BEG MEIL, CAP COZ , Mousterlin...), mais aussi si loin du rythme du quotidien qu'on croirait être totalement ailleurs. Une belle découverte , une belle région pleine de possibilités .... Des vacances idéales tout simplement .

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre gite et la région. Tout était parfait pour notre séjour d'une semaine. Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. C'est avec plaisir que nous recommanderions votre gite à nos amis ou famille. Nous avons apprécié également la quiétude des lieux et de dîner ou prendre l'apéro dans le petit jardin. Nous avons aimé, les ballades en vélo sur la côte et la mer blanche, nos escapades dans le pays bigouden. Bien utiles les sorties matinales en vélo pour se rendre à la boulangerie de Mousterlin et rapporter du pain et crêpes ainsi que quelques légumes du maraîcher local qui était fort bien sympathique. Très bon séjour, la maison est décorée avec goût, l'environnement est calme, la maison très bien située au fond d'une impasse donc pas de passage. De belles promenades en vélo sont possibles. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils. Une très bonne adresse !
