Enjoy your stay in picturesque Nerja in this modern apartment with PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE with fitted barbecue! This terrace also has a pergola with lounge set, 4 sun beds and small table with chairs. You have a beautiful view of the sea, the town and the swimming pool. The second terrace, attached to the living has a big dining table with chairs and parasol.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (max. 6 persons), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with dining area. There is fiber optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms. The television has international tv channels.
The seasonal communal swimming pool (open daily from approx. mid June to mid October from 10am to 8pm) has a sunbathing area and a few sun beds are available. There is a separate pool for the little ones. You can park your car for free in the street.
The beach and the lively center of Nerja are only 1500 meters away. The bus stop and super market are only 200 meters from the apartment. Moreover, Nerja is an excellent base for various trips in the area.

After having visited this apartment you might want to know who would be behind Andaluz Apartments therefor allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Monique although most people call me: “Moos” or “Mona”. Since 1998 I have been working in tourism. Until the end of 2009 in the Netherlands as manager of an hotel belonging to a well-known group of hotels. Here I have learned the ins and outs of this trade and picked up the passion for this thing called hospitality. In 2010 I was offered a job in Spain. Running a business with 450 holiday villa’s spread over the Costa Brava with a young enthusiastic team. Having a great and very busy time my experience grew as did my enthusiasm for letting people enjoy themselves. Working in large companies as a manager unfortunately makes you spend too much time on the managing and way too little on the people part. Contacts with guests, making them feel at home away from home was my real “thing”. That is when the plan has risen to put my passion in my own small company where it is all about the guest.
In 2014 my dream became reality, the site came in the air, the apartments were ready and set to the highest standards. All this and the personal contact we have been having with our guests made quite a few of our guests already rebook for periods to come. Because we are living in Nerja ourselves guests can rely on our backup at all times whether it is about advice on things to see, places to visit or to help with translating for things big or small. Seeing a home going guest leaving their well-deserved vacation with a big smile on their faces longing to do the same thing again any time soon, for us is “the icing on the cake”. Mission accomplished!

Why they chose this property
Nerja is a picturesque town east of Málaga. The car-free center, the white houses, the various beaches, the many restaurants and tapas bars and the perfect base to discover the area made us fall in love with this place. There are few high-rise buildings and it is lively in both summer and winter. Many winter visitors travel to Nerja from November to March to enjoy the wonderful temperature, the sun and the beaches.
Whether you like to laze around, walk, shop, enjoy sports or culture, there really is something to do for every guest in Nerja or the surrounding area. Many guests fall in love and return once they visit Nerja!
