The Junior is the smaller of the two villas, surrounded by 20000m2 garden, set 1 mile from the beach, located within the boundaries of natural reserve right at the Vendicari entrance to the National Park, 8 km from Noto.
70m2 villa with 250m2 terrace and swimming pool in common use with the Senior villa it is composed of:
LIVING ROOM
With a double sofa bed, kitchen corner, table and chairs, TV, AC, windows;
BEDROOM
With double bed (that can be divided into two single beds), AC, radiator, 2 windows, bathroom ensuite;
BATHROOM
With shower, washbasin, bidet, hair dryer;
TERRACE
With table and chairs, bbq, panoramic view from the roof's terrace (no children are allowed)
PARKING
Shaded for up to three cars, no shade two more parking spots. This is in common with the Junior Villa.
SWIMMING POOL
13mts long x 3. 5mts large. Stretchers and loungers. Shade. This is in common use with the users of the Senior Villa.
GARDEN
With fruit trees (lemon, olives, orange, figues etc), haromatic herbs, swimming pool.
AC, TV, WiFi internet on extender from the Senior villa, microwave, squeezer, toaster, bbq, alarm system, terraces, garden, swimming pool, parking.
