In the heart of the village of Lecci, in a quiet environment, new villa composed of 2 bedrooms each with its bathroom and air conditioning.
Close to the beaches of St Cyprien and Pinarellu, you can walk to the various shops of the village: bakery, brewery, tobacco, small grocery store, restaurant, hairdresser, market on Wednesday morning ..
You can enjoy the outdoor area consisting of a terrace with private heated pool.
The house is located on a plot of 2500m2 next to another house made the identical: private pool for each house and privacy.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, ganz besonders natürlich den Pool.Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts bzw. fast nichts : scharfe Messer.Besonders gut für uns, war die Möglichkeit die Schlafräume abdunkeln zu können.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief sehr gut und schnell. Wir hatte leider Probleme mit dem Kühlschrank und es wurde sofort ein neuer beschafft. Für die Übergangszeit konnten wir sogar unsere wichtigen Sachen (Medikamente) in Privaträumen kühlen. Vielen Dank hierfür!Als kleine Anmerkung: die Messer in der Küche müssten vielleicht mal geschärft oder ersetzt werden. Zudem wurde der Pool während unseres Aufenthalts (2 Wochen) nicht gereinigt. Wir hatten zwar einen Kärcher, aber das ging nicht so gut. Gegen Ende war der Pool schon recht verschmutzt.Das Haus liegt schön ruhig znd es ist ein traumhaft keckerer Bäcker fussläufug erreichbar. Für alles andere braucht man aber zwingend ein Auto.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, ein toller Urlaub

Wir waren hier zu zweit für 10 Tage das erste Mal auf Korsika. Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wenig gechlort. So einen sauberen Pool hatten wir noch nie in einer Unterkunft, soll nicht bedeuten, dass wir in der Vergangenheit schmutzige Pools hatten, sondern dass dieser Pool wirklich extrem sauber war. An jedem morgen war der Pool wieder komplett sauber, kein Blatt oder ähnliches zu sehen. Von der Reinigung, die sehr früh morgens stattfand, haben wir nie etwas mitbekommen.Auf dem Grundstück stehen noch 2 weitere Villen, jede hat einen sehr diskreten Bereich und sind voneinander getrennt. Wir haben von unseren Nachbarn so gut wie nichts mitbekommen. Die wunderbaren Strände sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad entfernt, ein sehr guter Bäcker ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, auf dem großen Gelände nebenan ist jeden Mittwoch ein toller Markt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants sind auch ausreichend vorhanden.Leider ist die T-10 relativ nah, der Straßenverkehr ist zwar nicht laut, aber dennoch hörbar. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft bzw die freundliche Gastgeberin nichts, dafür hat man die zentrale Lage ;-) Von Bastia bis zur Unterkunft muss man ca 2,5h Fahrzeit einrechnen.Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Excellent séjour, très bien accueillis par Aline et Sébastien. La villa est conforme à l'annonce. Très agréable, confortable, piscine au top. Environnement agréable avec commerces de proximité à dix minutes. Très bon emplacement pour bouger dans d'autres secteurs. Intimité préservée, Aline et Sébastien sont très réactifs et sympathiques. Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbraucht. Es war außerordentlich sauber und super ausgestattet. Vielen Dank an Aline für den herzlichen Empfang und den netten Kontakt während unseres Aufenthalts! Von Lecci konnten wir zahlreiche Ausflugsziele im Süden Korsikas einfach mit dem Auto erreichen. Auch die Fahrt zum Flughafen Bastia war am Abreisetag problemlos möglich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Traumurlaub

Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und modern. Der Pool war herrlich und für die Kinder ein Traum. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus zum entspannen. Der Bäcker ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, dazu waren die Gastgeber unheimlich freundlich. So macht Urlaub spaß. Man ist von dort aus mit dem Auto schnell an den schönen Stränden oder in den Bergen, das Angebot ist sehr vielfältig. Klare Empfehlung von uns :-)

Traumhaftes Wohnen

Das Haus von Aline ist sehr gut in Lecci gelegen. Man kann von hier aus tolle Buchten und Wanderspots anfahren, ist aber auch schnell in Bonifacio oder Porto-Vecchio. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern. Es ist vollkommen ausgestattet. Mikrowelle, Herd, Spülmaschine, jedes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, beide Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Dusche. Es fehlte an NICHTS! Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, nach eigenem Empfinden 4x8 Meter groß und eine super Möglichkeit, den Tag hier zu verbringen. Es gibt außen auch eine Barbecue-Ecke und weitere Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir kommen hierhin ganz sicher wieder. Einfach TOP und Danke an Aline

Nous avons passé un super séjour . Propriétaires très accueillants et très disponibles ++++. La maison est moderne avec de très belles prestations , très bien située avec des commerces proches . Nous avons déjà prévu d'y retourner . Les corses sont très serviables et sympathiques .

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus mit beheiztem Pool

Wir waren Anfang April als Familie mit zwei Kindern (7,9) in dem Haus von Aline. Es ist wunderschön dort, alles sauber. Der Check-In und Check-Out war problemlos und super freundlich. Der Pool ist beheizt und somit hatten die Kids trotz wechselhafter Temperaturen riesig Spaß. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt zentral, Restaurant und Bäckerei liegen direkt in der Nähe. Bis zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur 15 Minuten. Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub !!!

Schönes Haus mit privatem Pool

Das Haus, so wie das Grundstück auf dem es steht waren sehr gepflegt und modern. Man hatte alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt zur Verfügung. Das Highlight ist der beheizte Pool mit dem darum liegenden Außenbereich. Hier kann man sowohl tagsüber als auch abends optimal entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hote très accueillant seb qui s occupe de l entretien de la piscine très tôt le matin super discret.nous avons fait une sortie vélo avec lui super. La loc est très agréable et propre .nous recommandons vivement.Aline est très a l écoute aussi.franchement des hôtes très cool.

Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Urlaub machen

Das schöne Haus von Aline ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage ist toll gestaltet, vom beheizten Pool bis zur überdachten Terrasse ist mit viel Liebe ein Ort zum Entspannen geschaffen worden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben schöne Ausflüge in die nahe Umgebung gemacht! Auch zum Strand war es nie weit. Unsere Kinder haben es dort genauso geliebt! Vielen Dank!!

Excellent séjour

2 semaines qui se sont très bien passées. Le descriptif et les photos correspondent bien à l'annonce. La villa est vraiment agréable. Aline et Sébastien bien que discrets, sont très réactifs et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons la sortie en VTT électrique avec Sébastien pour découvrir la région. Une balade dans la montagne très accessible avec des machines de super qualité. Une chose est sûre : nous reviendrons !
