Close to the beaches of St Cyprien and Pinarellu, you can walk to the various shops of the village: bakery, brewery, tobacco, small grocery store, restaurant, hairdresser, market on Wednesday morning ..
You can enjoy the outdoor area consisting of a terrace with private heated pool.
The house is located on a plot of 2500m2 next to another house made the identical: private pool for each house and privacy.
