Many thanks for your kind and generous review. We appreciate you took the time to review our holiday home and stayed with us. We work hard to ensure all our guest's holidays are enjoyable and memorable!

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the excellent location, the spectacular views, and the comfort of the apartment. We are sorry to hear that the walk to and from the property was more challenging than expected. However, we would like to point out that both the property description and the map on Vrbo clearly indicate that the apartment is not on flat ground. In fact, it is described as being located on a hill, just 4 minutes down (and 6 minutes up) from the town centre, with mention of the slope. Regarding the check-in, we understand your concern and appreciate the suggestion about the key box. We are always working to improve the guest experience and will pass your feedback to the local team for review. Thank you again for staying with us — we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, hopefully without the rain! Kind regards, Lake Como Holiday Team
