Apartment completely redone and equipped to new for the season 2018-2019.
He obtained 4 crystals during his classification by the label Paradiski.
Ideally located in residence Tournavelles 2 in floor, on the slopes, at the foot of the lifts, ESF courses, space Mille8 (pool, fitness and spa) and shops Villards village.
It is equipped for 5 people and composed:
.an entrance with skiroom space (electric shoe dryer, and plenty of storage space)
.a bedroom including 3 single beds with TV,
. a living room with a sofa bed (bed 160X200 high-end mattress for a daily bed) with rapido system that keeps the bed made, TV and electric fireplace for a warm atmosphere.

Perfect Location

Perfect location, property was as described and had everything we required. Central for shops, restaurants, ski school and lifts. Was super clean and modern. Boot dryer area for skis and gear was great to have inside front door. Kitchen well equipped. Only downside was having to rent bed linen and towels (an extra 140 Euros) or bring our own bed linen, and the pillows for sleeping we all found very hard and uncomfortable. Apart from those two things everything else was faultless.

Séjour parfait dans un appartement idéal

L'appartement est idéalement situé, au pied des pistes.Il a été refait avec goût et tout a été pensé pour être fonctionnel.Mention particulière pour la qualité du couchage du canapé convertible, ainsi que pour le sèche-chaussures à l'entrée de l'appartement.

Excellent séjour en famille avec deux ados!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé : en plein centre, avec le supermarché juste à côté et les remontées mécaniques à deux pas. Tout est accessible rapidement, ce qui est très pratique. Malgré cette proximité, l’endroit est calme le soir. L’appartement est propre, moderne et optimisé avec de nombreux rangements. Le canapé-lit est pratique à ouvrir/fermer et confortable, aucun mal de dos au réveil! La chambre avec les lits superposés offrait aussi un espace largement suffisant pour nos deux ados. La procédure d’arrivée et de départ est fluide et chaleureuse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très joli appartement au pied des pistes

Appartement au pied des pistes avec toutes les commodités à moins de 2 min à pieds. Séjour en famille avec enfants (4ans et 18 mois). L’appartement dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande vivement les yeux fermés.

Séjour parfait !!!

J'ai resté deux semaines dans l'appartement d'Aude avec mon chéri et nos deux amis. On a passé un séjour magnifique. L'appartement est propre, très modern (assez rare pour les apparts dans les stations de ski) et bien equipé. Le grand + c'est que c'est vraiment au pied de trois télésieges. Malgré le fait qu'on est vraiment au centre de station c'est tranquil le soir. Le wi-fi n'a pas marché très bien mais je crois que c'est du wifi partagé avec tout le bâtiment donc c'est normale qu'il était un peu lent. On a été acceuilli par Lydie qui s'occupe de l'appart et elle était très sympa. On avait du retard et elle a été très adaptable. Je conseille vivement. Our stay at this apartment was absolutely perfect. Aude, the owner, was very communicative and very nice. The apartment was perfect. Perfect location, extremely tidy, and very modern. Lydie, who takes care of the apartment for Aude, was extremely nice and very flexible - we were several hours late to check in but she was very accommodating and had a friendly attitude the entire time. If we return to Les Arcs we will absolutely stay here again. I highly, highly recommend! :)

Superbe appartement très bien aménagé, très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, four combiné micro-ondes/chaleur tournante/grill, lave-linge séchant...), très fonctionnel et confortable. Supérette en bas de l'immeuble avec les autres commerces, bars, restaurants et loueurs de skis, caisse forfaits à proximité immédiate, de même que l'arrêt de la navette pour le funiculaire et le départ des remontées mécaniques. Cet appartement possède toutes les commodités que l'on pourrait espérer.

Zeer sfeervol appartement

Het was precies zoals op de foto's. Zeer warm en sfeervol practische inrichting. Zeer compleet, door de wasmachine en droger door de goed werkende skischoenen droger. Goed werkende oven. De ligging is zeer gunstig!! Echt alles van parkeergarage, keuze uit restaurantjes, supermarkt tot skilift én skihelling voor de deur. Het enige kleine minpuntje misschien, dat het balkon enkel in de ochtend maar heel eventjes zon kreeg. En dat er veel jeugd tot diep in de nacht op hun balkonnetje zaten te kletsen en te drinken. Verder écht een aanrader.

Parfait

Meilleure localisation de la station les arcs 1800. Accès aux commerces et aux pistes à 0 m de la résidence. Grand confort et propreté de l'appartement qui a été refait à neuf avec goût et des équipements et matériaux de qualité. Agencement très fonctionnel. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Fantastic location and very well finished apartment

The apartment is finished to a very high standard with some nice touches, such as a place to put your ski gear and boot drier. The location is ideal, literally a stone's throw from the Transarc Gondola. Truly ski in ski out. Unfortunately we were there during the Covid-19 pandemic and the resort shut early. Aude was great and made herself available to help in any way she could. Despite the difficult circumstances we enjoyed our stay and left with good memories of hiking and enjoying the mountains.

La perle rare !

Contact très agréable et efficace avec Aude, la propriétaire. Idem pour la personne qui nous a reçus. L'appartement est exceptionnel et rare, Aude a su allier le fonctionnel et l'esthétique. Tout est de grande qualité et dans un parfait état. La description est totalement conforme. La situation tout autant exceptionnelle, que ce soit vis à vis des remontées ou des commerces, restaurants. Le parking souterrain est à côté. Depuis 35 ans que nous louons, on a trouvé la perle rare. Evidemment je recommande. Christian

Lovely apartment, perfect location. Dish washer & Washer/dryer..bliss! Sofa bed, the best we’ve ever slept in.. Aude, provided all the info needed, we were up the mountain early Lydie had the apartment ready & found us at the bus stop & took us to the apartment early!! Also accompanied me to collect bed linen/towels very helpful, we had a fantastic ski holiday, with hardly any walking around carrying skis! & the 2 children had the added bonus of sledding till teatime, in view from apartment!! We will book again!

Bel appartement idéalement situé.

Appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. La cheminée doit être très agréable en hiver... Nous avons apprécié le balcon et la vue sur le Mont Blanc. Appartement proche de toutes commodités, des remontées mécaniques, de la piscine et des activités pour petits et grands.

Appartement idéal aux arcs

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l'appartement d'Aude, celui-ci est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, nous l'avons trouvé d'une extrême propreté, il est très bien équipé tant au niveau de l'électroménager que des articles pour la cuisine. Le couchage est au top, vous y dormirez comme un bébé. Et cerise sur le gâteau il est idéalement situé (proche remontés, école de ski, commerce...). De plus Aude est une personne fort sympathique, très à l'écoute et qui mettra tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. C'est l'une de mes meilleurs expériences de location (et à 42 ans celle-ci est assez longue :-) ).
